Noiseberg #103 is coming!
The Noiseberg nouveau has arrived! Treat yourself to a sonic degustation and taste the many flavours this new millésime has to offer. We will try to keep things monthly from now on, and we start this new series with a really lovely bunch.===Nour Sokhon — fine recordings https://www.noursokhon.com/ - Nour’s performances blend sounds of all kinds into detailed audio pictures, where field recordings flirt with acoustic folly and digital musings. Arranged and processed with care, they compose landscapes for your ears, and digging through the layers will only take you to more layers.=Laure Boer — round sounds https://laureboer.com/ - When she’s not creating complex compositions, Laure likes to take her machines for a little adventure. Her improvisations are mesmerising stories, full of life and drama and suspense. They’re sonic thrillers that make you hear another world, If you close your eyes, you might even see it.=Daniel Craig — blended reels https://www.danielcraig.info/ - Performing nothing less than reel-to-reel wizardry, Daniel never fails to captivate the audience. Quite literally: be prepared to become hostage to the sounds. They move, they stop, they go back and forth and shapeshift without a warning. Whatever you’re expecting, expect something else. =Elo Masing & Vincent Laju — spicy strings & winds https://soundcloud.com/elo-masing https://www.vincentlaju.com/ - Both Elo and Vincent explore sound like one visits a familiar place that keeps on changing: with steady feet, an ear out for the new, and a keenness to improvise a new path. Their duel for violin and shakuhachi is certain to change the physics of the room — maybe make the walls dance a little.=Saiko Ryusui — fizzy pops saikoryusui.bandcamp.com - Saiko’s “pop-pop made for kids” is playful, rejuvenating, enchanting, weirdly complex and simply weird. Her short songs are as many tiny journeys into a comfortable unknown you’d just want to stay in, cosily tucked into a leaf. The sounds they’re made of are like old friends you really just met for the first time.===As tradition requires, doors will open at 5pm and experimentalities begin at 5.30. Financial donations are welcome but never mandatory—no one ever was or will be turned away for lack of funds. All goes to the artists after the collection agency that shall remain unnamed has taken the lion’s share. It’s a cruel world, solidarity is the key.On that note, remember the raffle we used to have back when Syrian refugees needed support? With all the things going on, now seems like a good time to bring it back. Prizes are being organised, there will be some pretty special things.// SCHEDULE The schedule is still in preparation. Please check back later.

BRABRABRA GALA-a celebration of 10 years of Brabrabra!
With much surprise to us, we realized that Brabrabra has been around for 10 years! It has been a wonderful adventure, that brings us closer as friends, makes us discover new places and bands, and connect us with a lot of people.
One year after our debut album “Mango”, Kitchen Leg records released “Mangold” a compilation containing covers of our songs played by musician friends…we ended up with almost three times the length of our album! So, there is no better occasion than our 10th anniversary to play our soon-to-be-recorded new album and to invite friends to play our old songs in their own style and interpretation!
Of course there will be dancing too.
It will be a GALA: bring your more glamorous outfit, and we will provide a red carpet for you!

New release soon from Supercheri!
Supercheri is the analogue 4-track minimal funk, bedroom rock, bold lo-fi electronics project of the Italian half of Kitchen Leg records. Most of the songs were composed during the spring 2020 lockdown (how original!), when she could reconnect to her old and faithful Tascam as a mean of writing songs, using the crudest drums machines, bass, guitar and organ. Supercheri likes to think herself as an hell raiser, star chaser, trail blazer, natural born raver, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Brabrabra live this Sat 26.06

Siluh Records) Jolly Goods are a well-established sisters dream team. On their new album Slowlife, they create an opulent, expansive cosmos of sound created from band and orchestral music. Tonight 06.02.2020! Mumbles+Dresche in Kügelbahn, Wedding
NXNW (North by Northwest or NXNWedding) is a concert series at Kugelbahn, Wedding bringing the best local LoFi, Experimental, Pop and Indie bands to Wedding. –On the first Thursday of every month– Mumbles –EN– “You don’t have to be able to play an instrument or be a musical person, just come by regularly” …that was the initial slogan of the Berlin-based band Mumbles. Mumbles were born out of a desperate need to do anyhow music-making. After a couple of band transformations, they ended up with a pile of pretty unique songs, blending dewy-eyed ambitions and unspoiled skills with a good portion of fuckoff-punkish attitude. Mumbles like making noise, pom-poms, cakes, dance, scream and shout. Mumbles first release, “Geese my eyes” was released in 2015 by kitchen Leg records, their new album will be out in 2020. https://kitchenlegrecordsberlin.bandcamp.com/album/mumbles-geese-my-eyes –DE– “Du musst kein Instrument spielen können oder ein musikalischer Mensch sein, komm einfach regelmäßig vorbei” …das war der anfängliche Slogan der Berliner Band Mumbles. Mumbles erste Veröffentlichung, “Geese my eyes” wurde 2015 von Kitchen Leg Records veröffentlicht, ihr neues Album wird 2020 erscheinen. https://kitchenlegrecordsberlin.bandcamp.com/album/mumbles-geese-my-eyes Dresche –EN– two, who do their math homework seriously sloppy with soft bellies and hard fingers, spitting some words on that boring lost generation. –DE– wir machen unsere mathe-hausaufgaben schlampig, mit weichen bäuchen und steifen fingern spucken wir texte in die generation ladekabel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esqE5857hvQ
