Final project
Process, final project
We are performing an intervention in order to change people’s walking pace. We want to make an everyday activity more entertaining. So our idea is to explore how students at AHO can be encouraged to run.
The students tend to be very serious during the school hours, so it is a challenge to make them do something silly and humorous during those hours of concentration. We want to lift the social environment with a staircase-race, and hopefully release some tension. With some encouragement from nostalgia, we want people to exercise for a couple of seconds, when they’re running up the staircase, and try to beat the school record.

1.4 Visualizing Data (final)
Huddle is a shadow play that implies how full the two next buses are. That way you can either mentally prepare to huddle in with the other passengers, or use a different transportation method. On the bus during rush hours intimate zones are trespassed the whole ride. You can now reconsider, and maybe wait a few minutes for the next bus. Huddle is meant to be placed on bus stops to inform you if the two next buses are crowded or not. If the shadows show one single man, it is room on the bus for personal space, a bike or a stroller. If the shadows show many, it's crowded. Calm your agoraphobia, Huddle is here to help.

1.3 Visualizing Data (mid. overview)
After a long consideration our project have turned. It will now be a visualization of how full your favorite bus is. The challenge is to make this visualization an interesting interaction between information (given in percentage) and human. Visualize basic information in a fun, interesting or valuable way. The visualization will be a metaphor for emotions, and portraying anxiety. Full buses can give anxiety. The data is found in Ruter Labs, under REIS API ({"linje2":"21","destinasjon2":"Helsfyr T","er_i_ikoe2":false,"ankomst2":"9m 44s","kapasitet2":20,"stoppet2":false}). Can this be a tool for Ruter, to show the need for more buses? Maybe you shouldn't bring your stroller or bike on that bus.
Example on how the emotion of facebook reactions can be shown publicly.
Warm light = positive reactions. Cold light = negative/sad reactions
