The only source I saw for this was from some small time non reputable gaming site that I can’t remember the name of, so I chose not to believe it as fact. It seems to be merely an attempt to make people angry at Capcom even more and is not fact. 

UPDATE: I have just learned that this is from an article from a satirical gaming site, meaning that it has absolutely no basis as being fact. This never actually happened and Tumblr once again proves itself to be full of gullible idiots.
