Five Minute Break

In a day, I receive an average of a hundred e-mails, drink 5 cups of coffee, and burn almost a half-pack of cigarettes. After 4 hours of non-stop e-mails, meetings, and data analysis, I hit my brain's refresh button and take that precious 5 minute break -- that's when I get to indulge on screaming my frustrations, dancing my emotions, sharing my sober thoughts, and flaunting pictures of my weird experiences.
