It’s crazy to think that I booked my first appointment ever with a therapist. I really think I need someone to talk to & vent to cos falling into depression is a big no for me. I have a lot of things to get done and I can’t be feeling this way forever. Also I’d like to understand why I feel the way I feel sometimes and why I do the things that I do. I just really hope this helps & brings something positive to my life.
