Knock Out is an illegal plastic surgeon in my IDW2.0 verse. Modding and changing one’s Primus-given frame is deeply frowned upon by society, especially due to scarce resources and energon shortage.

Despite that, Starscream can’t help himself, he feels the need to improve his body. Windblade is there to make sure he doesn’t get scammed…
