Saw a double feature of the proshot of Six and the Japanese Dub of Kimi no na wa the other night.

And just, I feel like everytime I see Knnw, I love it anymore and notice more things about it.

I'm currently listening to all the english covers of Nandemonaiya and the other songs I have saved up and getting super emotional.

If I had to guess, I'd say this is really going to make Joyce start to question specifically the part of her religion around same-sex relationships.

And I wonder if this part is being introduced at just the right time.

She's had time to adjust to being outside of her christian bubble, time to start to change and see things from a different perspective, and then her best friend visits and tells her who she really is.

It feels like she's in the right state for this to really shake her up while still being able to understand and grow from it.

I also find myself wondering about Joyce's family, specifically her "brother", I wonder how that's going to shape out in this comic and how Joyce will react to it when the time comes.

All of this makes me so angry.

Her roommate putting all the blame on Becky, her dad tring to "fix" her, it's just all so infuriating.

And Joyce doesn't know what to do, other than contacting a parent, which would only make things worse.

Did the school report to her parents that she was sleeping with a woman?

Wait, she was going to a christian school, of course they would report that thing, and possibly even pull her out for that.

Poor Becky.

Oh, this hurts.

Becky completely put herself out there, confessed her love, and made a move on Joyce.

But Joyce is straight, at least as far as Joyce knows. So she could never return Becky's feelings at this point.

And that face that Becky makes at the end as she seems to realize Joyce doesn't feel the same hurts so much.

Becky is reading into the wrong things, Becky thinks Joyce likes her back.

I think I know what happens next.

Something feels wrong here.

There's something that Becky is not telling Joyce. I keep thinking back to what Sarah said when she wondered how Becky had the agency to just pop over to Joyce's college.
