I'm always looking to add songs to this, so if you have any suggestions just lmk :)
Hello there, I've had my eye on you hehe now we're following eachother i will break the barrier 😌💕
Not a question, sorry about that;
I read the first part of Indomitable a few days ago!!! Can I say that I love the design, and you're a very good writer btw<333 I actually did a sketch of Indomitable with my oc atomic and Invincible (still working on it.) >.<
I really liked drawing his hair, mark has absolutely no reason to look so fine but im here for it. 👀
wait HOLD UP this is so cute, you made my day thank you so much 😭💕 im so happy youre enjoying his story <3
How she got her powers is the same as in the comics, im purposely being vague just in case some haven't / don't plan on reading them.
By the time she meets the Guardians, Amanda's had her powers for quite some time and has used them a bit too much. As a result, she looks like a 3 year old but her monster form is gigantic and incredibly strong.
Another huge reason why she's so de-aged already is that she uses her titan form to intimidate people / when she's pissed. Amanda lets her anger get the best of her and while it feels great to deck someone in the face, all the transforming has clearly taken a toll.
For obvious reasons, Amanda doesn't get with Rudy in Indomitable nor does she have a partner.
Because of her appearance, many talk down to her and treat her like, well, a child. The nickname "Mandy" is a bothersome reminder of that as she sees it more as people babying her rather than taking her seriously.
To make up for her child-like appearance, Amanda has a much bolder and more brash exterior. She swears a lot, gives attitude, and doesn't sugar coat anything; ironically, the constant cursing makes her seem even more immature.
Absolutely hates being carried and will bite or punch anyone who attempts.
Her Titan Toddler form has thick, fireproof scales, rough skin, sharp claws, and mountains of muscles, making her one of the more useful and adaptable Guardians.
Rudolph "Rudy" Conners
Nickname(s): Rudy
Species: Human (born), Viltrumite (cloned)
Gender: Male
Age: Adult
Additional Headcanons:
Again, Rudy's backstory up until the cloning storyline is the same as in the comics / show and I won't go into detail just in case.
Rather than going after Rex to get Amanda's attention (which i always thought was WEIRD and DUMB but moving on), Rudy instead thinks from a more tactile and advantageous standpoint. He and Cecilia are much closer in Indomitable, so he's one of the first besides Donald teleported in to see the mess Nolan left behind after murdering the original Guardians. Rudy offers to help with cleanup which Cecilia doesn't think twice about agreeing to since she has a whole new set of heroes to band together to save the world.
As Rudy's cleaning up the blood he uses microscopic tool to sample just enough of the tissue from the floor; he has no clue who's it is, but he needs this. Fast forward to when he makes shady deals with the Mauler Twins to grow him a new body and transfer his consciousness, it turns out Rudy hit the jackpot: he'd grabbed Nolan's DNA...dun dun dunnnn
Being that Viltrumites have so many biological advantages over humans, it takes Rudy a minute to get used to his new stolen body. He's extremely cautious about showing off his new form and it takes him months to show even Amanda, his closest friend (?); naturally she's horrified to see another Omni-Man walking around and tells Rudy to "put that thing away before Mark sees and flips his shit".
Another advantage Rudy sees is that now Earth has a Viltrumite that's 100% loyal and won't be turning on everyone for Viltrum...the obvious downside is that he can't publicly show his face without brows being raised at the minimum. Cecilia's just as torn; she hates seeing Nolan 2.0 wandering around her facilities, but Rudy is right to some extent - with Nolan off the grid, Mark too unreliable and worried about what other's think, and the new Guardians being a fucking catastrophe, she doesn't have a great defense if god forbid more Viltrumites happened to come to Earth. She's not exactly comfortable with this, and honestly fears what Mark would do should he find out, but has to accept it for the obvious advantage.
Mark does eventually find out and goes nuclear, quitting the Guardians mid-panic attack and ending his weird, distant friendship with Rudy and by extent, Amanda since she'd known for months at this point. He drills all the other Guardians (Rae, Kate, Shapesmith, Samson, and Immortal) and remains civil with them after learning that they were just as blindsided. Rudy tries to apologize and explain himself but it comes out more as "I'm sorry you feel that way, but Earth needed an actual strong, reliable Viltrumite" which makes everything worse.
Rudy wants nothing to do with the Viltrumite Empire or wars or anything related; he just happened to get lucky and steal some demigod's DNA and all he plans on doing is protecting Earth.
Kate & Paul Cha
Nickname(s): N/A
Species: Magically Enhanced Human
Gender(s): Female & Male
Age(s): Adult
Additional Headcanons:
The twins' backstory is the same as in the comics / show, no spoilers, etc etc
Despite the fact that both were taken in completely different directions, they miss each other deep down. Kate hates that her brother is a criminal and secretly fears she'll have to fight or kill him one day and vice versa.
Unlike in the show, Kate is actually good friends with Mark when they're on the Guardians together. They enjoy training with each other as both have strong martial arts backgrounds and even find themselves gossiping whenever they have down time or even mid-battle.
After Kate had almost been killed by the Lizard League, she felt like the only one who actually gave her a chance to explain herself was Mark; she felt like everyone else either judged her for "giving up that easily" or leaving for an easier life. After moving off the grid, Kate keeps in contact with him and sends him postcards here and there.
After leaving hero life for good, the first thing Kate does is go to therapy which she'd honestly needed for...decades. It helps and she even picks up a few hobbies like hiking, crochet, and even volunteers at a local elementary school.
Paul on the other hand is still in prison for his work with the Order and won't be seeing the outside world anytime soon (im so sorry i honestly couldn't think of anything for Paul 💔 he doesn't play any role in Indomitable so i never really wrote anything up for him)

OKAAAYYY sooooo I need to know what your opinion is on shipping Earth characters with the Viltrumites? I know sometimes people see it as "strange" cuz the Viltrumites are super old.
little break doodle in between studying for the ftce and starting classes again (end me🥰)
gonna be so honest i generally don't like any Nolan era!Viltrumite x human or Mark x Viltrumite ship, it's the age gap that skeeves me out bc i think too deep ab things. if any of you guys like em more power to you, im not trying to shame anyone :)
hypocritically, i actually kinda fw the idea of Art / Reformed!Conquest for funzies! i imagine Conquest would get to Earth w Nolan and consequently meet Art through him as well when trying to get a suit designed. like Nolan and Art, Conquest would find himself chatting w Art, completely whipped bc someone was actually listening and engaging him in conversation, at least seemed to care ab what he said. Conquest very quickly becomes possessive over Art and is usually seen hovering over him and glaring at anyone who Conquest feels looks at Art "too long"...thats his man get your own😾👊
Saw it was Vlasta's ( @freakmonkeyyy 's oc) bday a couple days ago and wanted to do another crossover to celebrate :) i love her grand regent outfit so much i had to doodle it ~

I’m so happy to share a project I’ve been working on for the past couple weeks! Depending on how this does, im planning on selling custom skate decks (and no - it doesn’t have to be an invincible design)
•
Open to discussion: preexisting fandom characters, original characters, pets.
No: realism, political art, hate speech / art, real-life people.

Even if you’re not interested in buying, sharing around would really help me out 💕
When I was watching Invincible, I had the thought "Why the fuck does Nolan have such a normal name???"
It should be more interesting, like Thragg, Conquest, Thula, ect.
Turns out his real name is Nowl-Ahn. Makes way more sense, right?
Then I though, where did his last name come from? Maybe he took Debbie's last name, but there's no way Debbie's maiden name is Grayson, especially now that she's Korean.
I think that Nolan's "father" was named Gray/Grey/Grray, hence why he picked the last name Grayson.
Maybe Debbie helped him pick it? Like, Nolan asked how last names started and she explained how some are literally "son of x" and he really like it.
So now in my brain this Man is now called Grey, and Nolan wanted to remember him in a way.
