Brawn Globus was commissioned by Khajrana Ganesh Properties Pvt Ltd to carry out turnkey fit-out works at the AECOM office at Gurgaon. The project was completed in accordance with the client’s demanding brief, well on time and within budget. This received sincere appreciation from the client.

A swanky, new office was designed for Accenture, across the ground and first floor of the BDC7 complex. Nearly 1,25,000 sq. ft. was entirely dismantled and redone to recreate an eye catching and trendy office that matches the latest in modern corporate interior design as well as in its technical standards. Areas of note include the reception and welcome zone, the boardroom with an adjacent dining area and an executive washroom, as well as the Innovation Hub, Digital Board Room, Work Café and the Breakout areas. This project involved all the civil work and interiors, HVAC, firefighting and electrical works and was completed on time.

Food culture in office environments is witnessing significant changes in tandem with the design of workplaces. Brawn Globus was commissioned to handle the entire works for the XL Health Cafeteria covering a 15,000 sq. ft. terrace. The result: a warm and inviting cafeteria in Bengaluru that features a stark industrial theme reminiscent of a revamped warehouse. Included is a sports area with various recreation facilities, making it a welcoming space to eat, chat and unwind

The World Health Organization is a specialised agency of the United Nations concerned with global public health. Brawn Globus was commissioned to provide build services for its 1,00,000 sq. ft. office at Delhi. The space is divided across two adjacent buildings in central Delhi. Since the floor sizes are small in central Delhi the facility was spread over multiple floors, Brawn Globus provided comprehensive services that included interiors, electrical, air conditioning and firefighting services. This prestigious project was executed according to international standards and completed on time and within budget, to client satisfaction and appreciation.

The office canteen has undergone a facelift – the status of the cafeteria or food court has been elevated to a pertinent break-out zone for employees. Brawn and Globus were commissioned to handle the comprehensive fit-out works for the RMZ Food Court in the basement of Building No. 8 of RMZ Eco World, Bangalore. The project, spread over the 30,000 sq. ft. food court, included installation of designer tiles, granite works in flooring, carpentry and joinery works, painting, wet works and decorative hangings, among other jobs. We executed their food court by re-interpreting it as a convivial zone where employees can come together to unwind. Our interior fit-out experts optimized economy and speed to bring the project to fruition.

The Shiv Nadar School is a prestigious initiative of the Shiv Nadar Foundation under the aegis of KRN Education. Brawn Globus was commissioned to do the furnishing works for Shiv Nadar School located at Faridabad. The school campus is spread over 2,50,000 sq. ft., and Brawn Globus worked parallel with the civil construction team and provided the best possible finishing to this world-class design. The result: a space that students can genuinely relax in while they put their best efforts towards achieving excellence in learning. The project was completed on time, within budgets and won accolades from the client.

A leading US-based FMCG multinational, Amway has operations across six continents with 100+ offices. For its new India headquarters in Gurgaon, Brawn Globus was commissioned to fit out a huge space of 100,000 sq.ft., in a stand-alone building. This trend-setting office is unique in that it incorporates an Experience Centre right at the entrance to the office and features an arresting reception area showcasing a ceiling that’s two times in height. Further, each floor enjoys a different colour theme that emphasises the unusualness of this nerve centre of Amway’s operations in India.

The Samsung Opera House, houses the global electronics major’s flagship store and experience centre. Seen as a global trend setter, the covered store area covers nearly 20,000 sq. ft. and showcases the brand’s advances in consumer electronics. The brief to Brawn Globus was to bring it up to new-age construction standards, in addition to executing the landscape design strategy. This exercise in adaptive re-use comes at a time when designers, consultants and fit-out experts are judiciously using resources and the power of technology to preserve heritage buildings for posterity. Retaining the essence of brick arches punctuating the length of the heritage building, we incorporated accent lighting effects to bring to life the arcaded profile, re-envisioning it as a common hub where like-minded people can come, talk and experience technology.

Qualcomm invents breakthrough technologies that transform how the world connects, computes and communicates. When this technology leader needed a new office space in Bangalore, they commissioned Brawn Globus. The Qualcomm office building at Whitefield, features 2,00,000 sq. ft. spread over 6 floors. The project included all the civil works involved including washrooms and staircases, as well as all interior works across all six floors. Special mention needs to be made of the magnificent triple-height reception lounge and the company cafeteria.
