     i need to make a post about jet’s relationship with his tattoos and how they were forced on him as a physical mark of his outcast status.  how that correlates to his acceptance and even embrace of being labeled a traitor both to the fire nation  ( because his village had been ransacked and overtaken by them )  but also the earth kingdom  ( because of their ‘we have peace’ mentality shunning troublemakers from their name ).  we know that he’s from an earth kingdom village,  but never does he align himself with their name nor does he ever say that his actions are to reclaim his village for the earth kingdom.  everything he does and everything he continues to do is out of his own desire and want,  his own selfishness for revenge and his own need to carve out a home from himself and the freedom fighters that was stolen from them as children.  it's because of this that he doesn't mind being labeled a criminal,  and considered undesirable because he's never sought their approval in the first place.

     hello,  all!  i know that this blog is quite new and that i still owe a handful of starters,  but i figured it wouldn’t hurt to make a short plotting call while my muse is still fresh and rearing from my recent rewatch!  it’s a bit difficult for me to know where your boundaries lie as far as what timelines you prefer or what jet should / shouldn’t know about your muse;  it also helps me with memes both sent and received,  and starter ideas!  i will also make a short list below of potential plots for him since he’s only canonically met like……8 named characters.  even if you don’t like this post,  i’m thankful that you’re all giving this blog a chance,  and i’m very excited to write with you all soon!
