DISBELIEF FROZE HER TO THE CORE. not a movement was made until he pulled her in a hug. features buried against him , hiding the dejection that began to seep through her being.  so her parents DID leave for their trip already. no goodbyes , no visitations to her room , nothing. and he knew. he knew it since this morning and yet , he still told her they’ll come home by night. her heart TWISTED AT THE CIRCUMSTANCES  –– was it because of her parents ? was it because this was the fourth time they had done it to her ? or was it because of the older’s lie ? –– AN ACT THAT WAS WRONG , but was made with good intentions is mind. how was that even possible ? lying . . . lying is bad whatever the reason may be ,  right ?  everything was just so confusing and hurtful and she wanted it ALL TO STOP.

one push from the ground and she’s suddenly PROPELLED FORWARD , feeling each and every bump that hit the board’s wheels. onward she went without falling ; one second in , three seconds in , five seconds in. behind the nervousness that WRAPPED AROUND her being , was the peace of mind knowing that the sunshine-haired teen was by her side. she he’ll be there ; chihiro knows SHE WILL BE SAFE. his praise arrived a little bit too early however , for her balance was still clearly that of an amateur’s as exhibited in the wobbling of her physique. petite hands STIFFLY CLENCHED in front of her chest , further imbalancing her stand and causing her to ALMOST FALL.  ❛ w-woah ! ❜  

actions were now PURELY INSTINCTIVE as hands immediately reached out for his ; dark orbs clamped tight in the process –– expecting for the worst to come. for a moment she could only hear her heartbeat pounding LOUDER AND LOUDER with every second , only to be soon whisked away by his words of encouragement. irises flew open in SURPRISE. she was still . . . standing ?  instead of the cold hard ground , pudgy features were face to face with his gentle smiling facade ; palms were now being steadied by his slightly bigger ones. a sigh of relief EXPELLED ALL THE PANIC that had built up in her chest , giving her a bit of confidence at the sport once more. ❛ o-okay . . . can you help push me again , lemon-nii ? i think i lost my footing when i tried it by myself earlier. ❜
