COVID-19 - Week Ten
Cities across Canada are slowly opening again in a 3 phase plan. I am worried for all of us, but excited for things to start going back to normal. I don’t agree with the Government, but I do. I think it’s a good idea for our economy, but a terrible idea for our health.
There are so many different news reports and articles out there, making everyone confused on the rules. Are we allowed to go outside, or do we need to stay inside? Are we allowed to see people but stay 6 feet away from each other? Are we allowed to have people over but less than 15 people?Â
I feel it should go like this; be smart. If you’re sick or have any symptoms, stay home. Don’t go to work, don’t go to the grocery stores, don’t see people. If you are older or have health issues, do the same don’t go out. If you are able to go out, go out. Be careful, and respectful of other people around you. Wash your hands, keep a distance from others, only go to a store if it’s essential. Help others who can’t go out, and have a kind heart.Â
I said above that I want things to go back to normal, but what is normal? Is this our new normal? I think we should use this as an example of how we should act moving forward.
