Growing up, Lily always tried to make herself not that well seen. Being Harry Potter’s daughter meant that Rita always had a close eye on her. She never wanted to give her any reason to give her attention. It was easier too when you had such a big family. She was usually well behaved despite the mischief that lingered. Many people had questioned why Lily had even been placed in Slytherin when she seemed to lack the most important trait. Ambition. However, now she was older and for some reason she had this bizarre idea that maybe she didn’t need hide anymore. Yet, that was evidently not the case. She pulled her hand away from the other person who had taken her out of the party and felt the anger that bubbling up. “Look, unless you’re Harry or Ginny, you really have no right to tell me what to do. I can handle myself. Thanks.”
