Hosting Guest Lectures
Lectures can be held between 8:00am and 6:00pm at the school rabbithole, and each lecture lasts 2 hours.
Your sims will be paid a stipend of §200 per lecture.
Hosting a guest lecture also counts as tutoring a sim.
Skill lectures rotate throughout the week, so if you don't see a skill your sim has mastered, it may show up the next day.
I've included all visible skills from the base game and the EPs, as well as the store skills (minus Gambling), and custom skills like Programming, Knitting, Flower Arranging, and Baking.
The full lecture schedule is below:
Sunday - Advanced Technology, Bot Building, Handiness, Inventing, and Programming
Monday - Bass, Drums, Guitar, Piano, Laser-Rhythm-a-Con, and Violin
Tuesday - Artisan, Flower Arranging, Knitting, Painting, Sculpting, and Street Art
Wednesday - Charisma, Photography, Social Networking, and Writing
Thursday - Athletic, Dancing, Martial Arts, Riding, and Scuba Diving
Friday - Alchemy, Fishing, Gardening, Logic, and Science
Saturday - Baking, Cooking, Mixology, and Nectar Making

I think anyone who's familiar with my builds probably knows that I'm a little bit obsessed with the barn pilaster walls that come with the game. I've edited them a couple of times now, but I was craving some variation with them so I repainted them (again) and added some new ones to spice things up a bit.
I've added a base to both the regular and header walls, and I've also made a version that has 2 thinner trims on both sides of it because I could not tell you how many times I've been needing that in my builds. the original walls have also been repainted and are shared here just for the sake of consistency and because I'm pretty sure they go a little bit funky sometimes by default.
this is a set of 16 different wallpapers that can be found under paneling. they can be downloaded individually or as a merged set at the link below.
Looking to add a touch of sophistication to your Sims' cafes, cocktail bars, or lounges? These unique pieces are not just decor—they’re conversation starters that add realism and charm to your Sims’ favorite hangouts. Whether you're building a cozy corner cafe or an upscale cocktail lounge, these recipe displays will bring your spaces to life!
I wanted to finish this one before Halloween but alas. At least it's done!
The fancy TS4 scripted objects are just... regular surfaces in TS3. The jeweler desk works like a regular one, the sales table is a (very nice imo) dining table and the round mystical grid thing is just a pretty tray.
That said, I managed to add vertical modularity to the cube shelf :) It's... just a slot, but they do stick to each other even against a wall!
Again, the uncluttered dining table is an edit of my own and not Peacemaker's, but I -do- plan on converting his add-ons later!
The rest is all straightforward :P All BGC, recolorable, highest polycount is around 1.8k for the jeweler desk. The missing items from the pack were made by @bioniczombie already!
(I do have decor, recolorable gems here if you're interested)

Hello everyone. First of all, I want to apologize for my long absence and for not releasing the "Project renaissance" mod last summer. Unfortunately, there were reasons for this. Due to difficult life circumstances, I had to stop developing the mod for a while. But let's not talk about sad things.
Finally, I am ready to present you the mod "Project renaissance", which I have been working on for a long time.
I replaced the textures of 17 trees and 31 plants from The Sims 3 base game. The game was released 15 years ago, and today it looks pretty outdated in terms of graphics. Despite this, the game still has a huge fan base, which creates amazing mods and game materials, thereby making our game even more attractive and interesting.
Thanks to the "Project renaissance" mod, you can add a little realism to your game, the vegetation will look much more realistic.
I made two versions of the mod: small textures and
large textures.
The first version is suitable for a comfortable gameplay, the second is more suitable for creating beautiful screenshots and videos, as it loads the system well enough. Gradually, I will refine my mod, I plan to add new vegetation textures for additions, as well as replace the textures of the landscape and roads.
Please leave your feedback and share your impressions about "Project renaissance" fashion. I will be very glad to receive any of your questions and feedback! Have a nice game!
