These landscapes both depict and seek transcendence. I seek to give them the power to transport, to unsettle, to curse, to empower, and to mystify. They draw from my experience and how my thoughts are affected by it in a metaphysical way. Which is to say, what the realm of my psyche looks like translated into an understandable pictorial landscape.
