“No, no, no, NO-”
The Sister watched with an entertained smirk as a new patient struggled against the grip of a group of male nurses in all white. Fresh meat was her favorite.
-Though, now, she was starting to grow tired. She set the glass she’d been sipping down and stepped over, “Out of my way.” She shoved the men aside, “What are you doing on the ground, Miss Devon?” The nun hissed, a cruel smirk overtaking her lips. The admit didn’t respond, her body only shook and she stared up at the blonde woman in a black dress, afraid, “All right, up. Up.” Mary grabbed the girl’s arm and pulled her up to her feet. She forced her over into the arms of the men before speaking again, “Take her to hydrotherapy.” The men nodded and she mirrored the movement before walking past them, picking her glass up on her way out.
Sister stopped in her tracks at the sight of a person watching the whole scene from the doorway down the hall. She continued forward with quick steps, “Excuse me, you’re not supposed to be down here.”
