History:
The 1920′s were a busy and fun time for many men and woman all over the world, and in London it was no different. Parties every night and drinks that seemed to never end. Emily was the second child born to her parents, who at the time were just getting back into the swing of things after Selene had been born to them.
Named after her grandmother, Emily was seven years younger then her older sister, yet the two became very close as they grew older. After her birth the next three came quickly after. It was hard on their mother raising five kids, but she managed with the help of Selene and the members of their coven.
Emily was young when World War II hit them, and she was devastated when her family went down in a bombing. It was something that had happened so quickly that the two had no time to react, and in a crazy she ran to the crumbled building, trying to remove the rubble to attempt to save them. Selene had to pull her off, trying her best to comfort her.
With the loss of her family and the coven the two were left alone, and they found themselves helping out the wounded, saving many people in the process.
When Selene found love, Emily was so over joyed. She wanted nothing more then to see Selene in love and happy. the two seemed perfect for each other, but things aren’t always as they seem. The man, who Selene had fallen for, had failed to mention he was a married man, and he denied Selene once he discovered she was pregnant.
A fatal incident happened that nearly stripped Emily of her sister, but with weeks of effort she managed to make sure that Selene survived. However, she could not save the child with in her sister. The two suffered greatly from this, but Emily tried her best to keep her spirits up, making sure that Selene recovered from it.
Emily split up from Selene during the war, deciding to help out victims of war torn areas and soothing those from other terrible places. she traveled all over the world, helping all those who she cam across, from families to entire villages.
Soon enough she discovered the island where Briarrose sat, and here she has decided to become a catacomb nurse.
Personality:
Emily is a sweet witch who lives to help others. She is tough when she needs to be and has a very strong personality that helps her to get through hard times. Having witnessed death all around her for so many years she is now rarely affected by it, but she still is empathetic to it all. It saddens her greatly to see people suffering which is why while at the island she has decided to become a nurse in the catacombs.

Famously known as the blood countess, Elizabeth Bathory had always had a taste for the finer things in life. In her early years she was considered a great beauty. Due to the praise she got for her beautiful appearance Elizabeth became obsessed with how she looked, staring into a mirror for hours at a time.
However, like all humans she aged, and as she did she began to resent time. The wrinkles it caused her and the dullness it brought to her beauty. While a servant girl was brushing her hair she accidentally pulled to hard and snagged the Countess’ hair. Elizabeth in her rage took the brush and stuck the girl hard enough to draw blood. The blood that feel from the girl and onto Elizabeth’s hand seemed to make her skin soften and look younger, or so this was what Elizabeth believed.
At first she forgave the girl, saying that she could offer her blood to her as an apology, but soon enough the small amounts were not enough, and she killed the girl, draining her completely and bathing in her blood. She continued this with many other servant girls until she found that the blood was giving her rashes. She blamed it on the blood not being from wealthy enough girls.
She soon opened up her home to the daughters of the wealthy who were sent to her o learn proper etiquette. After years of this she was finally apprehend and sentence to confinement until death. During this time she was visited by a man who promised her freedom from her cage of a room.
Faking her death she became a vampire with a lust for blood that was even greater then when she had been a human. Her maker had to teach her how to control herself before setting her lose upon the world. After years of wandering she has come to Briarrose to delve into the slaves she had heard rumor of the manor possessing.
Personality:
Elizabeth is a highly intelligent woman with a very cruel side to her. Despite being trained by her maker after she was turned she held onto some of her vicious tendencies. Bathing in blood was something she highly enjoyed and if she could do it again she wouldn’t hesitate to slit a slaves throat for the pleasure of doing it. Elizabeth bleeds a cruel sophistication to her.

Einarr Thorvald ✦ 27/1104 ✦ Boyd Holbrook ✦ Open
History:
Named after the goddess of winter, Skadi was born to a line of very powerful werewolves who ruled over lands in Norway. During their travels Ragnar and Loki were offered shelter by the Thorvald family. Already sixty years into their curse as werewolves. Loki and Ragnar still had no real clue as to all there was to know about their species. Brynhildr was Loki’s first sired wolf, who he had turned just thirty-three years prior.
As more time was spent between Skadi and Loki the two developed an odd sort of relationship. The two frequently fought, enjoying the strength of the other while also like the rough nights that followed. However, soon enough Loki felt restless and so did Ragnar. The two left on good terms with the family after several months of spending time with them. No more than a month later Skadi discovered that she was pregnant.
Her mother, Jora, helped her once the child was born. Together as a family they raised Einarr. As a child Einarr grew up hearing tales from other werewolves and passing supernaturals of his fierce warrior father Loki. Skadi, herself, spoke very highly of Loki to her son. She told him of how wonderfully fierce Loki was, and she told him of his battles in the supernatural wars that shaped the hidden world as they knew it. Despite all this praise, Skadi refused to allow Einarr to leave home to search out his father.
One winter day, Einarr was helping his mother when a werewolf named Sigurd stumbled upon their home. He claimed to be the son of Loki which further intrigued Einarr. After arguments between he and his mother, Einarr finally left with Sigurd who urged him to help him find their father. Sigurd, while traveling, taught Einarr everything he knew of fighting which he had learned while living under the horrid rule of the former alpha of his own pack.
Together the two traveled the world in search of their father. One day while in Italy they came across news that their father might be living on an island out in the pacific ocean.
Personality:
As a son of Loki, Einarr grew up on tales of his father from his mother and other werewolves who had the pleasure of fighting along side his father. Einarr is a very sharp and assertive young man. He has remarkable tracking abilities and has been able to use these in most cases to hunt down enemies or prey. He is very loyal to his brother Sigurd who he has spent more time with then his mother or grandparents. Einarr is also a very compassionate young man who often helps those he sees struggling. Einarr often puts people before himself, and sometimes seemingly far kinder than his older brother though both can be very compassionate. Though he was raised in a pack, Einarr has gotten used to being a lone wolf along side his brother.

History:
Covens were something he’d learned never to trust growing up thanks to his parents. His mother had belonged to a coven back in Serbia, long before she had met his father, and the coven adored her. She was the daughter of the coven leader, a kind woman who had birthed three lovely daughters. Andrija was to be the coven leader one day when her mother finally passed. However things changed quickly.
Her sister, a cruel witch, poisoned their mother then proceeded to take over the coven. She was able to turn all those belonging to the coven against Andrija and the younger sister. They were able to kill the younger, sacrificing her to their new coven leader. A man to whom Andrija trusted saved her that night.
Together they moved to the US and married soon after. Drago was born nine months later, a healthy and bouncing baby boy. Drago was a very talent witch growing up, practicing his magic every day, making sure that he was strong enough for his parents to be proud.
No matter what he did, however, his parents were always proud. He was the apple of there eye. He adored them both and wanted nothing more then to make them happy. He had goals to become a doctor, finding that he had a natural knack for helping people. When he graduated high school that was exactly what he went into college for.
One day while walking back to his apartment he was attacked by a large dog. It had to be a dog. Wolves didn’t live in the city. He’d never seen a dog so big in his life. He fought it off and was able to get away before it did to much damage. He returned home and inspected the wound. Nothing to bad from what it looked like.
Things slowly got worse though. He broke out into fevers and chills, unable to do anything to sooth the pain. He finally called his parents to see him and bring him potions to better him. The moment his mother spotted the bite she knew what was wrong.
And so on the next full moon he shifted and his parents made sure that he was locked away so that he would harm no one. The helped him to control his shifts so he could do it when he felt and not only on the full moon.
A blood wolf was what his mother called him. Witch turned wolf. After a couple years he decided to travel to the island where the Briarrose manor was.
Personality:
Laid back and calm, Drago is a very relaxed sort of man. He hates confrontation and always tries to resolve things as peacefully as he can. He loves to help people to the best of his abilities, and had he not been bitten and changed into a blood wold he would have become a doctor. He is a very powerful witch who shouldn’t be taken lightly, and despite his laid back personality he is very tough. If peaceful fails he will show a person just how strong he is.

Born into a pour slave family in the heart of New Orleans, Coretta LaLaurie was the first and only child of her mother and father, Maire and Lafayette Lalaurie. Maire was known by the other slaves to hold immense powers which she inherited as a trait from her roots as a witch. With these powers she helped out many of her own, healing them and nursing the sick back to good health.
Coretta learned all her magic and healing capabilities from mother, and she was encourage by both her parents to continue her good work. At the young age of eighteen Coretta fell in love with another slave who adored her in return. The two saw each other in secret and became very close. In secret they saw each other every night, whispering sweet nothings to each other under the stars. She was his true love and he hers. Together they even had a baby girl to whom they named Maire.
Coretta’s emotions went on a whirlwind when she discovered that her lover had been hanged for a lie his mistress had spewed up after he had denied her advances. She told her husband that the slave had tried to rape her, and she even went as far as to tearing at her own dress to make herself look even more helpless and distressed. In a rage her husband confronted the slave, and despite all the begging the man did the slaver turned to his overseer and had him dragged out and hung.
Coretta found the body and cried over it for days before everything began to sink in and the pain turned from hurt to anger. In her moment of anger and fury she killed the man and his lying wife to exact her revenge. This show of power frightened everyone around her, and in many men and women cried out for her death. To protect her daughter she sent the girl away with her most trusted friend who traveled up north with the infant in the dead of night.
Coretta went on the run and for years stayed in hiding until she found she had out lived all those who would have been a threat to her. Coming out of hiding she traveled up north to seek out her daughter. She settled in Salem and there set up shop. Here she met a couple, a fae and a siren, who wanted a child to bind them. Being that the two were of a species that could not produce children she helped them, using magic to plant the seed within the woman.
After all that she found she was growing bored of the area and decided to head out to travel the world. She decided to come to the island looking for a safe haven where she doesn’t have to hide who she is anymore.
Personality:
Corette is a strong woman who doesn’t let people into her life so easily. She enjoys tormenting humans because deep down inside she believes they all deserve to be tortured for their evils. Her hate for humans stems from the lose of the man she loved to a slave owner who’s lying wife claimed that the slave had raped her. Though she is usually alone, Coretta does enjoy talking which she will do mostly with supers, but if she’s bored she will go down into the cells to speak with the other slave species.

A secretly sweet soul heavily influenced by his crueler friends, he schemed with them to have Daisy sold to Briar Rose, in hopes of receiving a ransom from her family. Any other aspects of his past or the reason why he ended up on the island too are entirely UTP! He’s wide open for your own creativity.
Personality:

Connor is, on the surface, your typical bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks. Heavily influenced by his friends, he took advantage of Daisy’s loving and naïve nature and got her to tell him her family’s secret. In reality though, Connor is a gentle soul, far more like Daisy than he let on. He only acts the way that he does to be accepted. Like his background, any other aspects of his personality, as well as how he would feel about or act towards Daisy, are completely UTP!

Lover of Julius Caesar and wife to Mark Antony, Cleopatra VII is one of the most famous figures in history. Cleopatra was always known for her cunning intelligence, something women weren’t really meant to have back in those times. She knew just how to get into the hearts of men and twist them to suit her needs and demands. She ruled over Egypt as Queen for twenty-one years before her death in 30 BC.
With her lover and husband, the traitor Mark Antony, dead she believed she had nothing else to live for. However, on the night of her planned suicide a being came to her and offered her immortality, her youth and beauty for all eternity. Intrigued by the idea Cleopatra listened to the man’s cunning plan to fake her death so that she could escape without Augustus Caesar pursuing her any longer.
Filling her with his blood, the man turned her so that when the snake bit her breast it would only appear as if she were dead. With her son already dead and her two other children put under the care of Augustus’ sister Cleopatra took the offer and played her part. Before Augustus she let the snake bit her, and once she was pronounced dead her body was taken to be prepared by the priests for her burial.
The priests left her body laying out for the night and left, leaving the tomb she would be buried in empty save for her body. Breaking into her burial grounds the vampire released her from her tomb and set her free. Upon returning in the morning to prepare her body for mummification the priests were shocked to see her missing. No one said anything about it, killing a servant girl to replace the body so that Augustus wouldn’t suspect a thing.
Cleopatra traveled the world. Moving in the cover of night from Egypt to Greece and then traveling all about. She and her maker were very close, and together they moved about. After a thousand years together they parted ways and Cleopatra traveled the world alone.
For the longest of times she kept to herself, only using her sexual prowess and charm to seduce men into her clutches so she could feed from them. She decided to come to the island to be with her maker, Acheron, and her siblings in the vampire blood.
Personality:
Cleopatra is the epitome of sophistication. She bleeds her queen hood where ever she goes, though now a days she’s not so quick to brag of how she once ruled all of Egypt. She is a beautiful female with a very controlling sort of personality. When she wants something she will find a way to get it.

Brynhildr Ragnhildr✦22/1139✦Gaia Weiss✦Open
History:
Left to starve on the outskirts of their village, Freya was deemed a witch and her face held the scar to prove it. Her husband, despite fully knowing she had been raped, found the opportunity to claim she had slept with his brother, making sure to rid himself of her all together. The Jarl of her village did nothing to stop her husband as he marked her face, cutting through her cheek and leaving the villages sign for a witch plain to see.
Pregnant and now fending for herself, Freya did everything in her power to rid herself of the baby she was carrying, but nothing would kill it. A blessing from the gods or a curse. She had no idea, but despite this fact she continued attempting till she found there was no use.
Born into the world out in the middle of the woods, Brynhildr was given no name by her mother because she wasn’t expected to live. By five years of age she was left with her mother calling her nothing but ‘girl’ and ‘child’ to get her attention. In a raid for food, a group of vikings that came through the woods opposite the village slaughtered everyone there was, and as they left through the side where Brynhildr lived they murdered her mother and took her on as a slave.
Beaten horridly and dragged behind the viking men by a rope like a dog on a leash, Brynhildr prayed to the gods for someone to come and save her. It was to her great luck that Loki found her soon after her imprisonment. Seeing the way the men had abused her, Loki killed all the men responsible and took her under his wing. When she could not give him a name he gave her one, Brynhildr, which she held onto for life.
Traveling with them to find his sister, Brynhildr was taught to fight by the best. Both Ragnar and Loki made sure that she was a shield maiden with skills damn near as good as their sisters. Along side Loki and Ragnar, Brynhildr met may wolves and discovered many places that she never thought as a child she would ever see.
Eventually, the three settled down with a pack that offered up to follow under Ragnar as their alpha. It was here that Loki, her adoptive father, was married to Ingrid. Everything seemed so beautiful then. The pack united forces with another to create a stronghold no other could defeat, and Ingrid was happily pregnant with her first child.
However, one stormy night stripped the pack of their happiness for a short time. Ingrid died during child birth, but the baby boy she bore survived. Named Thor by Loki, the baby was taken care of by both Olga and Brynhildr. As Thor grew older Brynhildr taught him how to fight and looked after him. When Loki left the pack Brynhildr took his place as the beta.
This was short lived after a vicious attack from a hellhound leading a group of horrid wolves and hounds tore their packs apart. Separated, Brynhildr was forced to search for her uncle and brother.
Personality:
Strong willed and a born warrior, Brynhildr never let being a woman stop her from going into battle and fighting along side Loki and Ragnar. This often reminded Loki of his sister Hell. She is highly loyal to her family and the pack. She is a highly intelligent young woman and a very fierce warrior. With tactical skills in battle, Ragnar often relied on her to come up with plans that never failed them. She loves her family and accepts them for all their faults.
