1986 (approximately) Buick Regal Grand National spotted in the Chicago area.
The Grand National debuted in 1982 with a naturally aspirated 4.1 liter V6 engine that produced 125 horsepower (93 kW). But in 1984, the Grand National underwent somewhat of a change of identity and was only offered in black paint with a smaller yet more powerful 200 horsepower (150 kW) V6 engine. It’s widely regarded as the first time the U.S. manufacturers were able to make a desirable V6 engine.
