Hello! are you willing to help me get my insulin? I'm down to my last pen and its pretty much close to being empty.Nt asking for a much, only need $67 rn to save my blood sugar. please help me with a small donation or share, reblog any help can save my life. Thank you so much and be blessed.🙏 Donation link is available on my pinned post.
Reblogging to help out, because given how vital it is for diabetics, $67 for insulin is insane to me. That’s literally 75% of a monthly bus pass! Insulin prices need to be capped at $15 a dose.

To anyone considering not voting because of the Palestinian genocide, I have this to ask:
How many Palestinian people do you think you're helping by laying back and inviting the GOP to crush you under foot? Self flagellation didn't cure The Plague, and it won't fix this situation either.
If you don't like the idea of voting for Harris, I doubt I'll be able to change your mind, but consider this: 468 congressional seats out of a total 535 are up for re-election THIS NOVEMBER. You want to make the government start actually representing the will of the people? Start there.
We're living in frightening times, and apathy is a very comfortable state of being, but you need to act. If you don't, who will?
"if voting worked they'd make it illegal"
meanwhile, in the real world:
they're fucking trying, is my point
I looked this up before reblogging. She's a member of LULAC, the League of United Latin American Citizens.
This is a coordinated effort to intimidate and suppress the Latino vote in Texas.
Look at what these fuckers are doing.
Lidia Martinez has been a LULAC member for over 35 years and works to expand voter registration among seniors and veterans in South Texas, C
"They scared the hell out of me," Martinez told CBS News after nine officers with tactical gear and firearms showed up on Aug. 20.
[...]
"My nightgown and I had all these policemen around me. It was embarrassing, humiliating, I was so angry. It was horrible," Martinez said.
They seized her phone, computer, personal calendar, blank voter registration forms and her certificate to conduct voter registration, according to Martinez.
She's been a LULAC member for over 35 years and works to expand voter registration among seniors and veterans in South Texas.
"I feel that they're going to stop a lot of us from going out and doing our work, and that's what they want," Martinez told Omar Villafranca.
Same fucking story.
Stand with LULAC to fight back!
Here's their donation form. Charity navigator rates them 4 stars. Let's make the Texas AG's bullying backfire by drawing nationwide attention to this organization.
i like the way you think
Authenticity over perfection.
I wish there wasn't so much holding me back. I wish I could live without the fear of abandonment constantly creeping up on me. I am falling behind.
