She's fine with eating but needs to be socialized. So far, I've gotten her to not hiss at me when I take her out of her playpen and made her happy enough to purr a few times :') but next I want to help her overcome her fear of cat toys so she stops playing with my damn hands lmao

haven’t posted here in a while, but life update: I successfully created a 26 page comic in two months and spent my ~*~last~*~ day of college critiquing it, I graduated with two degrees (a bachelor of science in management and a bachelor of art in art), I’m halfway through my first week as a Volunteer & Community Affairs Manager at a nonprofit animal shelter, and while on the job I found the cat that made me want to get my life together/find a job/move out (which I’m technically halfway towards) so I can one day adopt her :’)

i just read with my own two eyes a post that said "im an adult now so if you want to unfollow/block me it's cool"

like....adults and teenagers can interract. you can be a teen and talk to an adult. you can be an adult and help teens through their problems (because a lot of times your perspective DOES help since you probably have a bigger one). it's cool for adults and teens to be aquaitances or (gasp!) FRIENDS.

i remember one time my sister came into my room (which is on the corner of the house so usually gets hit the hardest by wind) and the weather was nasty outside so winds were howling and the house was creaking, and she said “this is why you’re not afraid of the dark” lmao apparently ive had exposure therapy to the scariest noises since i was six so im immune to things that go bump in the night
