connectivitty:
Brigette smiled when he took her idea and ran with it. “Yes that would be really cool,” she nodded in agreement. When he mentioned he wasn’t the best at painting she let out a small laugh, “well I’m an ok painter so I’ll help you best I can from this angle.” The girl then moved her hands to begin opening each pot of paint to inspect what they had to work with. “You know, this project is kind of perfect for me. My dad is an art collector and curator back in Paris and my mom was a model when she was my age. I grew up in art galleries basically. So this kind of brings together my parents and my life,” she explained as she tied back her long dark locks to avoid getting paint in it, then look toward him. “Well, I guess we should get started. I feel like sometimes it helps to just start and see what happens”
like for a starter from Brigette!
“Oh no I promise, I’m not calling you fat,” Brigette assured him. Upon arriving the girl could feel the eyes on them. Despite the drug making her feel far more at ease than usual, the girl was still uncomfortable. Of course she knew what they were all thinking. What was the president of top frat doing with likely the weirdest and most socially awkward girl in Pi phi? When he left her to get drinks, Brigette stood there waiting with an arm crossed in front of her. She looked around at the sea of faces and causally chatted with a few of her sisters, most conversations pertained to Elliot and the point of them were basically ‘so how do you guys even know each other’? Once we returned with their drinks and took hers and thanked him with a wide grin. “Cheers,” she nodded as their glasses clinked together then took a sip. Her body was tingling now. Honestly all of her senses had been heightened, sight, sounds, taste, touch, everything was more. The loud music was pounding in her chest and the feeling of the fabric of his suit as she held her hand on his arm continued to fascinate her. “Elli..” she trailed off, “you’re a good dancer right? I want you to with me. I really fuck with with song and also Because we need to dance and show all these little bitches up because people are definitely staring at us..”
It was obvious to Brigette that he was checking her out. She couldn’t blame him though, she was a naked woman and any normal man would be staring, though in that moment she couldn’t have felt anymore exposed as he circled her. As he continued to explain what he had in mind, the girl nodded, “quite collaborative, I like it.” She moved to the table of paint and looked through what he had. She thought quietly for a few moments as she though of what she wanted on her. “So- um, maybe we could do a bunch of different colors? Like a rainbow or something? With like lines through them or like prism or something maybe kind of psychedelic? Also Stella, that’s what my parents call me, it means star so maybe we can incorporate that some how? I’m sorry I feel like I’m awful at this, I feel like there really isn’t much to me..” she laughed. “I just want it to look nice and translate well on camera.”
Brigette grinned and nodded in agreement, “I know right. So I’m guessing you’re Archie?” She asked with a grin, switched the two paper cups then took a sip off hers. “my real concern is why cafes in America serve coffee in paper cups and not real ones...kind of sad actually.”
