hi i am britsheffblog rate my blog https://t.co/kaMresEQDH
How many people are watching the super bowl just hoping for a trailer release? I need it in my life right now!!
Aaahhhh!!! New trailer is amazing!! Jon x Sansa x Arya!! Whereās Bran!?! I canāt wait!! And so the countdown begins!! April 14th
I know some people donāt believe in political/undercover Jon. I get it. We all have different opinions so hereās mine...if you agree thatās cool if not, well you can just keep that to yourself for now!! But the highlighted area above is part of Jonās speech when he is addressing the northern lords and Sansa about him having to leave for Dragonstone. These few lines come back to me when I saw Jonās hesitation as he went to knock on āshe who shall not be namedā door. Heās playing the game. Heās being smart. He knows exactly what heās doing. He doesnāt love her! If Iām wrong then Iām just wrong but I seriously donāt think I am!!
Ned Stark unconsciously shipping jonsa from season one, well, the only season heās still alive anyway.
Yes lort!! Jonsa is endgame!! I really hate that weāre gonna have to another year to see this happen!!
And we all know that everything before the word āBUTā is horse shit!!!! Thatās right folks!! Heās not gonna bend the knee! His loyalty is to the North & Sansa!!! I will never lose hope in Jonsa!!
The hubs has called it...Sansa for the win!!
So Iām talking to the hubs this afternoon while rewatching season 4 of Game of Thrones. Now I should say that my hubby isnāt a huge fan but he watches it with me while I have it on. So today while watching there was a scene between Sansa and Littlefinger where they are just about to enter the Vale. This was our conversation:
Hubs: Sheās gone be it.
Me: (curious, I ask) What are you talking about?
Hubs: Sansa. Sheās going to be the one to end up with it all. Thereās so many people that donāt know whatās she been through and sheās been around some crazy ass people. Sheās smart and sheās tough. I think sheās gonna end up winning it all or at least win the North.
Me: Hell yea she is! And Jon Snow will be by her side when it happens. (I couldnāt have been more proud of him)
To hear this coming from someone that doesnāt really watch the show or get into it like us super fans do, I was floored! I felt reassured that I definitely wasnāt crazy and Sansa has definitely been of the strongest characters on the show!!
Oh, i just realized that they cut the Ghost scene. Ha! There was a bit here where Jon came out of the crypt and Ghost came up to him and he petted him and said āTake care of her. Watch over her for me.ā
Brian Cogman in 7x02 commentary, deleted Ghost scene (x)
Because sheās the most precious thing in his life.
(via sometimesigetgiddy)
āTake care of her. Watch over her for me.ā
(via qinaliel)
Yes she is!! Sansa gave Jon a reason to fight for their home!! I mean I hate this scene got cut!! I wonder if itās in the deleted scenes from this season?!? Does anyone know?!
Things Jon will always do for Sansa
Red Snow
Jon will do whatever it takes to keep Sansa, his family, and the North safe

Jonsa Season 6!?!
So Iām rewatching all the Jon/Sansa scenes from season 6 and 7 and maybe Iām a little late commenting on this scene but what was this look to Sansa from Jon?!?!
It caught me so off guard! I mean I noticed it the first time round but now Iām really thinking about it!! Does he think that because Sansa said her name was Stark and his wasnāt that maybe she was proposing some type of marriage thing!?! Iām so confused!! And then to top it off we get a crazy look from both Davos and Edd!! I would just really like to know what they all were thinking at this moment!! Itās driving me nuts!! And then Sansa makes it even more awkward when she tries to cover it all up by saying that Jon is just as much Ned Starkās son as Ramsey is Roose Boltonās!! Wth!?! Why this awkward moment? Why did they have to show everyoneās reaction to what she said?! I love me some Jonsa so much and I canāt wait to see it come to fruition in the last season!!
Who would make a better Queen?
A lot of people come for Sansa stans butĀ especially Jonsa shippers for wanting to see Sansa rule, even if it means only ruling the North. So letās take a crack at who would make a better Queen, shall we?
SANSA STARK:
Cons:
Cried a lot that one time because she kept hearing news of her familyās demise while being held captive when also physically and mentally tormented, manipulated and abused all when she was only 11.
Has no knowledge of war - but thatās what military generals are for(also why Jonsa shippers support the dynamic of our ship).
Pros:
Is a Northerner, trusted by the Northern Lords and has an actual claim to Winterfell that we are reminded of;Ā āWinterfell belongs to [Sansa],āĀ āthe blood of Winterfell,ā ākey to the North.ā
Has spent a fair amount of her life in the South, getting accustomed to their courtesy and mannerism.
Ā Was trained by Septa Mordane to one day be Queen.
Learnt from some of the best political players; (i) Petyr Baelish, (ii) Margaery Tyrell, (iii) Cersei Lannister - the actual Queen, etc.
Is kind hearted and adored; (i) saves Ser Dontosā life, (ii) calmed the maidens during the Battle of Blackwater, (iii) āIf I ever become Queen⦠Iāll make them love me,ā
Thinks long-term; (i) preparing to feed any refugees that come to Winterfell in winter, (ii) ensuring the blacksmiths/knights make changes to their armour so that itās better suited for winter, etc.
Is currently ruling effectively given the situation.
Listens to the complaints of her people, as a good ruler should, without severing any ties or threatening to burn them.
Has knowledge of the people she would potentially be ruling.
Whatās that you say? Weāve only seen her do a couple of things as acting ruler and Lady of Winterfell given how little the show featured her? Alright, letās examine Daenerys since her entire arc has been about her quest for the Iron Throne and therefore should by now display the qualities of a good leader.

Love this!!
My thoughts on the Bran/Sam/Rhaegar/Lyanna/Jon/Dany scenes and what I think they really mean!!!
Wow! That was a long title!! I also thought of including Aegon Targaryen/ Secret Wedding/Bo@tb@ng but figured that was a little much!! lol..okay guys so this is going to be kinda of long and forgive me bc Iām on my mobile but I really have to get my thoughts out there!!
I wanna talk about these scenes I named specifically but I will be pulling from other scenes as well from this episode. So the whole Bran talking over the scene and adding in the wedding scene over the top of what was supposed to be Jon & Danielleās major love scene was definitely a way of letting us all know that that shit aināt going to last!! It was most definitely a way of foreshadowing the doom that will end their sketchy, fast-tracked relationship. Letās back up for a moment and talk about the fact that Dany has told Jon twice now that she canāt have children and then we also got Jorah telling Jon to keep Longclaw so that he can pass it down to his heirs. Most people assume this is some kind of foreshadowing that a baby will most likely be happening. I mean come on guys, not to hate on your opinions, but if you believe that then thatās just ridiculous! In no way do I see D&D being that blatantly obvious. This is Game of Thrones people! Nothing is ever as it seems!!
Now what seems odd to me is that there is a hesitancy in Jon that we see while he is standing outside of Danielleās room. Once he knocks he gives his head a slight shake! If he loves her and is so sure of his feelings for her then why do we need to see this? Why does his hesitation and uncertainty need to be known? We definitely donāt need to see this if the love is truly there but it is there for all of us too see you just have to pay attention to the details and context of the scene.
It cuts the shot to Tyrion standing just outside in the hallway and he looks a little worrisome. I believe that Tyrion may see Jon as a slight threat bc Danielle doesnāt know Jon all that well but seems to take his advice over the advice of her true council. Tyrion doesnāt like the fact that Jon can so easily sway her decisions. Iād like to point out that Jorah also seems not to keen about this fact either. When Jorah advises Dany to fly her dragons to Winterfell but instead she chooses to sail with Jon bc Jon has convinced her to do so kinda pisses him off!! Why would Jon want to convince her to sail with him? I get that he says it will make their alliance appear stronger to the North if they arrive together but really that doesnāt seem like a logical enough reason. Did he have intentions of seducing her and why would he need to? It was very OOC for Jon to go to Danielle first, being that he is so noble and that he has said he doesnāt want to father a bastard child. I believe itās bc he wants to keep her close. He sees what a good ally she is with her mighty dragons and armies. He needs to be sure that she will be there to fight with him against the Army of the Dead.
The scene then cuts to Lyanna covered in blood and Ned kneeling beside her in the Tower of Joy as Lyanna whispers, āHis name is Aegon Targaryen. You have to protect him. Promise me Ned!ā IMO thatās not something that reminds you of the supposed ālove festā thatās happening back in the boat but instead reminding us of the fact that Jon is in fact a TARGARYEN!! A true Targaryen with birthrights!!
Then scene then goes back to the ole bo@tb@ng and Jon and Danielle are in the midst of having sex! What!?! Like where was the undressing of clothes, the sensual and loving looks!?! We didnāt get to witness any of that. If there love for each other is so important like D&D want us to believe then why didnāt we get to see that love shine thru the scene slowly and romantically? Why did they cover it up with Bran talking about his vision? Iāll tell you why!! Because the scene of Jonās birth right is more important than the relationship between the two of them. They were just noise in the background while the beautiful sound of Jonās true parents being married and his true identity being revealed played on front & center.
We can at one point see Jon pull away from Danielle and she is staring up at him so longingly but once it cuts to Jon he gives us two or three deep heavy sighs while he is looking at her. Itās as if for a moment he is doubting himself. Maybe he even pauses here to convince himself that this is what he has to do. All the while Bran is telling us, āHeās never been a bastard. Heās the heir to the Iron throne. He needs to know. We need to tell him.ā And Tyrion is still standing outside the door looking likeā¦oh crap! This definitely doesnāt need to happen!!
It just doesnāt seem right to me that Jon loves her like most people assume he does. Granted, he may like her but he doesnāt really know her. I also found it amusing that Jorah, the guy thatās been there from the beginning, calls Danielle āthe Conquerorā! That same title that Daario calls her before she left for Westeros!
If you throw in little details from the Winterfell scenes, I believe that Jon and Sansa could very well be working together. That she definitely could have known that there was a chance Jon may have needed to tell Dany that he would bend the knee without ever physically having to swear fealty to her. If you notice in the scene between Sansa & LF, when she tells him of Jon ābending the kneeā, she doesnāt seem very surprised IMO. When LF questions her on why Jon would do such a thing without consulting her she puts on the act of āhe doesnāt care about what I have to say and he never hasā!! When really and truly we all know that he does. If he didnāt care about her opinion or what she has to say he wouldnāt have left the North to her!! There are so many things happening off screen, whose to say that Jon & Sansa havenāt really been writing to one another or that all of this couldāve been discussed as an option before he left headed South. We know for a fact things are occurring off screen bc Iām quite certain that Bran is the one that explained what LF was up to and thus began Sansaās ploy against him!! So just bc we donāt see something happen doesnāt mean it canāt eventually happen!! Most of what D&D has tried to tell us on screen about Jon and Danielleās so-called love for one another has been a big red herring for a greater event to come IMO!! Maybe something along the lines of Jon and Sansa!! Because really we all know that Jonsa is endgame!!
Thank y'all for reading!! I hope it wasnāt too boring!! Any questions just shoot me an ask!!
When the special sauce leaves a bad taste in your mouth
This is a bitter post. Keeping stuff under the cut because itās not a meta and proves nothing about anything, itās just a rant about how every man falls at Dās feet. You may not want to go there. Itās a dark, depressing place.Ā

I honestly laughed out loud by the end of this!! I love your opinion on this! I liked her character the first maybe 4 seasons but after that I started realizing that she's not as great as everyone thinks she is!!
The Straw Clue: Why I Believe Jon Snow is Undercover
A/N: This is a repost of the meta I published yesterday. Ā Iāve edited it for clarification and because the original post eliminated a couple of key details that I wanted to include. Ā Hence the revised and (I hope) improved version of this weary Jonsa fanās attempt to organize her thoughts about theĀ āUndercover Jonā theory and overcome her meta writerās block once and for all:
Over the past few weeks, Iāve explored all manner of amazing metas and discussions on Tumblr that delve into the āUndercover Jonā theory. Ā Itās taken me a while to process them all (not to mention calm my nerves, which were so rudely jangled by the season finale) and figure out where I stand on the continuum of opinions among my fellow Jonsa fans, which seems to range the gamut between these two opinions:
1) Jon is a hopelessly honorable Northern fool, just like Ned Stark. Ā He made the same mistake with the Northern lords this season that he did with the brothers of the Nightās Watch in season 5, when he allowed the Wildlings through the Wall against his brothersā wishes because he believed with all his heart that it was the right and honorable thing to do, and it would serve his end goal of fighting against the White Walkers. Ā This season, he made another highly unpopular decision ā leaving Winterfell and heading south to Dragonstone ā because he believed, once again, that it would serve the higher purpose of saving the North, and all of Westeros, from the White Walkers. Ā Once at Dragonstone, he found himself outmaneuvered and in over his head. Ā He found himself imprisoned and Daenerys (mostly) unresponsive to his appeals for assistance and recognition of the demonic force about to envelop Westeros in its icy grasp. Ā He initially chose to embark on a suicide mission rather than give away his peopleās freedom, but over the course of that mission, Daenerys helped him, saved his menās lives, and lost one of her precious āchildrenā in the process. Ā Her sacrifice won his trust and respect so completely that he decided she was a worthy ally, worthy enough to rule the North as well as the rest of Westeros. Ā Trust and respect turned to love, or at least deep admiration, and the boat scene happened. Ā In other words, he acted like a noble idiot, just as his āfatherā Ned Stark did.

I couldn't have said it better!! Jon was just so ooc for me to believe anything else! I can't wait to see the next season!! GRRM needs to give me the next book bc I'm dying over here!!
My hands are shaking and I mean Why arenāt we talking about THIS āāā because ult - ????

I mean this totally validates !undercover!Jon! I'm so happy you shared this! I hadn't seen this before!!
Jonsa shipper goggles on:
Something interesting happened when S06 Jon/Davos/Sansa/Brianne/Tormund were at Castle Black and discussed which lords would pledge for House Stark at the battle of the Boltons. (War coucil scene or dinner scene)
āIām lady Stark.ā Sansa said.
Jon just STARES at her in the background.
New shot of NewCommander/GoodFriend as he looooks at both of them, and you can gear him think: is she proposing a marriage?!
āJon is my brother.ā
Jon deflates.
Just sayinā that the shot of GoodFriend didnāt have to be in the middle of that dialogue!
(Kinda like S07 Davos ārealisationā stare after Jon threatened to kill Theon but not really because of Sansa.)
I noticed this too during a rewatch and got the same vibes!! When Sansa says something about people remembering the Stark name and Davos says well Jon's not a Stark and Sansa says well I am!! And the camera cuts to Jon! I totally got the same feeling!!
Love Interests.
The Narrative Necessity and Purpose of Jon and Sansa Being Confronted by Them.
Alright I have questions. So many questions, on Sansa and Littlefingerās scene in which they discuss Jon bending the knee to and possibly marrying Daenerys.
*Note: AĀ previous, much shorter edition of this was written on @tiny-little-birdāĀ ās gifset. Iāve added a lot more to this. If you read my earlier version follow the ~ās for the added commentary.
Iāve seen a lot of shippers ask why have this scene? Why mention Daenerysās appearance? Why mention Jon marrying Daenerys? Why, why, WHY???
Before I continue let me just be very frank and say that when Iām being analytical of the show, I try very hard to stray away from shipping goggles. Iām very particular in the way I read scenes. I never look for hints of my ship, because I know that if I do that the whole story and all dialogues will be distorted to me, and Iād risk the possibility of losing their essence. With that said, for the past two days I thought I had a clear understanding of this scene. Lord Baelish is pushing for what heās been hoping for since he used the KotV to aid the North; for Sansa to take over the North as Queen, so that when he āmarries herā heād have power over, not only the Vale, but all of the North as well. That much is clear, right?
āWho should the North rally behind? The trueborn daughter of Catelyn and Ned Stark born here at Winterfell, or a motherless bastard born in the South?ā
āYouāre the Lady of Winterfell. The King chose you to rule in his absence, and rule you have, wisely, ably. They say that they respect you, some may ever prefer you.ā
We have seen him [ineffectively] planting these seeds into Sansa. We have seen him at her side, advising her, so that her rule in the North may be prosperous in the hopes the North will succumb to her rather than Jon.
So, okay, Littlefinger wants Sansa to rule the North and he uses the idea of Jon marrying a Targaryen Queen to nudge Sansa into action. The problem is that Jon has already bent the knee. Jon and Daenerys are already allies.Ā And Sansa is already upset about that. Thatās how the scene begins. We get a shot of Sansa reading a raven from Jon, sheās clearly annoyed and frustrated because; ā[Jonās] never asked for my opinion, why would he start now?ā Heās āsurrendered the northern crown without consulting [Sansa]ā Heās already āpledged to fight for Daenerys Targaryenā
~SO, my question is not: Why does Littlefinger bring it up? because the answer to that is plain as day. My question is why do the writers have Littlefinger bring it up if Sansa is already upset and frustrated at Jon for bending the knee?
