foxie’s personality suggestions
hi so i am of the opinion that there are not nearly enough personality types in animal crossing. so i thought we could all use a post to give nintendo some suggestions of new ones/ideas concerning them, bc they really do seem to listen to us (which is really neat ty).
first of all, stop making it so female and male villagers can only be one personality type. this is very limiting. plus, think about a normal boy villager. i rest my case.
i also feel like certain villager types should have certain abilities and stuff. so i kinda added that in here. i think that’d be a really cool addition to the game that would add a whole other dimension when you’re choosing characters!!! also, if at all possible, it’d be super neat if villagers had MIXED PERSONALITIES, kinda like in the sims????? but maybe that’s too much for animal crossing haha.
suggestions for new personality types:
shy (maybe they will only ask u to do things for them until uve talked to them a certain number of times, kinda like sable)
discreet (maybe they r SUPER SECRETIVE and suspicious of u all the time)
kinda like a hippie type thing (like harvey!!!)
daydreamer? (in the same way lazy villagers are always thinking about food, these villagers are always off in their own world)
nervous (this villager is always worried about somethin lol KINDA LIKE ME)
helpful/hardworker (maybe this villager will do certain simple favors for U if u are close enough friends)
devious (these villagers might try to trip u up until they get to know u. maybe they’ll pull up flowers randomly or st at first, but once they get to kno u they’ll just pull harmless pranks on other villagers and stuff)
these are just a few ideas. if any of you want to add some, feel free! also, even if some of these seem close to ones already in existence, i still think adding them in would be good for the game. because only having eight personality types for HUNDREDS of villagers just isn’t enough, imo. especially since if you have ten villagers, you HAVE to get at least two villagers that are a type you already have. they only have so much dialogue. talking to one of them is p much exactly like talking to the other.
