Knowing Brody as well as she did should have prepared her and made her immune to his words and advances and yet, there she was, with her heart beating quickly just by being in mere proximity to him. When he mentioned what happened between them just a few days ago, Ayla could not help but to blush and she knew that no matter what she said and no matter if she tried to deny it from that moment forward, Brody would know exactly how she felt; there was no point hiding. “It felt good, yeah,” she conceded with a sigh, shifting her gaze away from him. “Too good…but that doesn’t mean it should happen again, B,” like an old habit, her nickname for him slipped out. “But fine, since you’re here…what do you wanna talk about?”
When Ayla stopped in front of him, Brody couldn’t help his eyes from skittering across her body. It was an automatic reaction when he saw the girl. She looked good, who could blame him? Brody felt his heart sank down to his shoes at her words. Sure, she said it felt good, too good, but ‘it shouldn’t happen again.’ Something the student didn’t agree with. Brody moved a little closer when she shifted her gaze from him, reaching over and placing his hand on Ayla’s cheek, “Us,” He spoke softly as the boy stopped only inches away from her, “Do we really have to stop if it feels good?” The student bit down on his lips before his hands moved to the girl’s waist. That was a bold move, but he wanted her to know he wanted to continue whatever they were doing a few days ago.
