Elijah was in one of the worst moods of the century. Today had just been a massive flop for a variety of different reasons. First, he’d slept in and been late to rehearsal, which technically wasn’t an issue since he wasn’t an official member of Late Night Lights, but it was still the thought that counted. Second, while on the food run for the guys, he managed to lock himself out of his car. Third, upon finally returning, he discovered that he’d left his laptop open on a document that contained song lyrics, something he hadn’t wanted the other guys to see because the hybrid male knew the ones he’d written would never compare to theirs. Now, Elijah was home again and was working on deleting that document among many others like it when he glanced up to spot Zak in the doorway of his bedroom. He got up from his bed then aimed to gently push his brother back because the last thing he needed was to ruin his day too.

If there was one thing that Zakariah hated about his life more than anything--it was being half-zombie. He could deal with being blind. He could deal with being called a theatre geek. He could deal with the stupid rules surrounding hybrids in Seabrook. But he hated that he was a hybrid because he didn’t fit in anywhere. The zombies hated him for his human blood while the humans hated him for his zombie blood. It was awful.

UPDATE: so i’m loving my new school. my roommie is really nice and classes are p easy so far. and just in case you were curious, i may or may not be establishing an rpt here on tumblr. i feel qualified enough to figure it out.

So I had to move back in with my bio parents last night… However, this is good because they are now sending me to boarding school across the country!! This gets me away from them and best of all–it’s an all boys school. I doubt this means my bios accept me, but it is a start.

So, you guys now that I have a bit of a situation. If not I’ll link my last post about this so you can read it for yourselves.

So... it’s bad... My biological parents now have my location. They’re here and they’re demanding I come back “home.” I’ve been hiding out, covering my ears from their insults about not only my gender, but also to the people who were kind enough to accept a lonely, abused kid who isn’t even their’s into their home.

I’m probably going to have to move back in with the people who destroyed my EpiPen. The people who have degraded me for my mental issues. The people who didn’t give a fuck about my abusive relationship just because my partner was a transgirl; saying this is what happens to trans fags.

I know I should just get over it, that’s what they taught me my entire life, ever since I was diagnosed. I need to just go out there and throw a fit to show how much I really can’t go back with them for my own sake. 

My brain is freaking out, yelling at me about how I’m the one at fault here because “they’re your parents, they love you. they just can’t show it since you’re such a fuck up.” I know I should want to live with them and that what I’m doing is considered selfish to most of society, but I just can’t go back there.

And the law is no help because even though I’m of age to be living on my own in the state of Arkansas, everytime I’ve tried to apply for an emancipation, I’ve been denied since “it isn’t in your best interests as a mentally ill minor.” I’ve tried filing abuse allegations, giving all of the proof I have and the cases always get thrown out. 

Here’s to hoping that this will work out, but it’s looking unlikely as of right now because my biological parents are right here, right now.
