Hey Marianne Williamson, no amount of praying to God to please rid me of my postpartum depression stopped my illness. I could hardly still my brain long enough to breastfeed my son– meditation was out of the question. The copious amounts of healthy foods I ate during and after my pregnancy did nothing to prevent my illness.
