This is the home of Brooke Verity, her younger and older version. Younger Brooke is a 19 year old hot headed trainer fresh out of her second Championship in Johto and seeking out her next challenge. Older Brooke is 28 years old and just moved to the original island of Kansai to take on her new role as Professor there. She has three fakemon to give out as starters. See links for more information! Brooke stood and followed him to the counter, hanging back a little and resting her hands on her hips. The Chansey chirped happily at Azure and skittered off to the back room to check for him. 

She pursed her lips, “Well here goes nothing.”

A few minutes later, Nurse Joy returned with Chansey, “I’m sorry that took so long, but Mudkip is stable now, you can come back and see him if you’d like.”

Brooke smiled, “That’s great news! Thank you Nurse Joy. Azure, I can wait here with Pikachu if you like. We can keep an eye on her.” She offered, not wanting to intrude. 

Azure smiled, “You won’t be intruding at all. You can come if you want!” He looked down at Pikachu, “As long as you don’t cause any trouble.” "Pi?" She gasped, "Pikachu." Azure replied flatly. "Chu." She snapped, folding her arms and sticking her nose into the air.

Azure rolled his eyes, “Why don’t Pikachu and Raichu stay here? I’m sure Pikachu wouldn’t mind playing with him some more?”

He turned around and started following the Chansey to the back, eager to see Mudkip.

Pikachu’s ears flattened, and she looked like she wanted to follow him, but instead sat down on the ground, pouting.

Brooke shrugged, "Sure, I'd be glad too," She looked down to Raichu, "You okay staying here?"

"Rai!" He replied, saluting his trainer.

Brooke grinned, mirroring the action. "That's my boy. Keep Pikachu out of trouble hn?" She chuckled, then patted Azure on the shoulder, "Let's go see how this Mudkip is doing then." 

Raichu saw that Pikachu was sad she didn't get to go with, so he grinned mischievously to himself and leapt on the electric type, going in for a tickle attack to keep her distracted.

I-I... I think I might have just become your newest, biggest fan.

"My biggest fan huh?  Haha!  Well then!…"  The wrestler pulled her mask off (to reveal another mask underneath).  The LuLucha mask was given to the female.  "For my biggest fan!"

She let out a very brief, but very high pitch squeal when the mask was handed to her. “Best. Day. Ever.” She said breathlessly.

LuLucha grinned brightly.  ”Would you care to take a photo with Luchaw?  He’s always happy to pose with the fans!”

She gawked at her, then shook if off, "Yes! Yes please that would be so cool!"

"Oh right! Electric types are super cool, I have an Ampharos as well that Raichu gets to play with, but she’s not on my team at the moment. They’re the only two I’ve raised, thinking about maybe going to Sinnoh to get me a Shinx and train it and get a Luxray, they’re really cool pokemon." Brooke admitted with a grin. 

She looked over at the desk, where Chansey was standing, “Hey, shall we see how your pokemon’s doing?” She asked, jerking a thumb towards the desk, “Nurse Joy must nearly be done, surely.”

Azure’s face lit up, “Yes!” He turned and looked over at the counter, “I hope he’s okay.”

He walked over towards the counter, turning to the Chansey, “Can we see Mudkip now?”

Brooke scoffed, folding her arms over her chest, "Absolutely not! I've trained Ghost and Dark types before, heck I have a Dragon on my team. I ain't scared of no monsters."

Most romantic thing I've ever done.

She blushed, "The most romantic? Uh... Well, I'm dreadful at that kind of thing, but I can tell you about the most romantic moment? I was with my partner of the time, we'd been together for a short while, not even truly exclusive yet, but he was wonderful. He took be to the beach where he ha laid out a picnic with wine and fine cheese from Kalos and ah, it was just so cliche but I loved it. The only honest thing that spoiled it was when the heaven's opened just after the sun set!"

Brooke chuckled, “Looks like she likes you Raichu!” 

Raichu watched the Pikachu run circles around him, “Rai!" He cried in agreement, then buzzed Pikachu back with some electricity of their own. 

Brooke smiled, “I don’t know whether it’s weird or totally awesome that electric types can do that.” It was so different than just their speaking to one another, you could get a jist of what they were saying like that with their body language. But the whole sharing electricity thing? Well, Brooke couldn’t tell anyway!

Azure smiled, “It would be neat to know what they are talking about.” He looked down at Pikachu, “Pikachu is the only Electric Type I’ve ever raised, so she doesn’t get much interaction with other Electric Types.”

Pikachu giggled, and took a step closer to Raichu. Azure couldn’t help but chuckle too. Whatever Raichu said, it seemed to make her happy.

Choosing her duo was easy... The outfit? Not so much. After surrendering over some money to someone who actually knew a bit more about contests, she got back this little number. Yeah, that'll do nicely.

LIKE THIS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JUDGE THE COMPETITION, JUDGES CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST

Once you’ve entered the contest and the deadline has passed, you will be partnered up against another coordinator. 

There will be TWO ROUNDS

The first is a solo performance with your two pokemon, write or draw your routine. If you’re drawing, please draw one scene. Writers are expected to describe the entire performance. You will be judged by a panel of volunteers.

The second round is the battling portion, you have a choice whether you want to draw your entry or if you want to role play it out. The battle round is down to you to work out whether you’ll write or draw and also who wins, you can play out the battle via game or online equivalent, flip a coin, etc. Whichever suits you both best. Battles will run in a standard competition format until we reach the finals. 

Let me know if your partner doesn’t respond and we’ll arrange something else for you.
