I have debated posting this, and it is still way beyond my comfort level but maybe it’s good to be vulnerable. I am unable to listen to soon you’ll get better, it’s too hard. This is my story and it would mean a lot if @taylorswift ever read it .
Myself, my daughter and my mom had an incredible bond! We were known as the Filson girls. I’m a single mother so my mom was my support, we did EVERYTHING together. Last summer we had tickets to see you in Toronto. On August 4th, which happened to be my birthday! We participated and got the special code for pre sale. The night before my daughter came down with an extremely high fever! Had no choice but we couldn’t go! Thankfully ticket master was kind enough to refund my money, I was blown away! We couldn’t miss you though so I bought us all new tickets to see you in Detroit a few weeks later! I have been to a lot of concerts! This one was one for the books! Thank you for giving us an incredible memory!
On New Year’s Eve we had it planned to have a Taylor swift party and watch the Netflix concert! It was so fun , we had pizza and candy and partied! On New Year’s Day my mom wrote on her Facebook saying thank you for the best New Years ever and posted a picture of the concert saying concert relived!
For the whole year all we did was listen to reputation! I got my mother who was 58 hooked on you! My daughter and I had been fans for years!
January 2nd I got a knock on my door waking us up. It was the police, there was a horrible accident and my mom has passed away. Life has never been the same, I still feel so empty and broken. Our relationship was some what I think you have with your mother. My daughter loved her more than she loves me, I swear! It’s been a nightmare. The last thing the three of us did was watch your concert at our Taylor swift New Year’s Eve party!
I have to be honest, I couldn’t listen to reputation for a while, it was too hard! I can now, my moms favourite was I did something bad!
It breaks my heart she isn’t here to hear your next album and come to the next concert with us! We have had it planned since your last one.
It’s extremely emotional for me but I have to let you know! I hope you read this! Thank you for giving us memories to hold onto forever!
