Are you creative and unemployed? Aged 18+ and looking for something to get you off the couch? Do you have a passion for theatre, poetry, music or dance? If this sounds like it could be you, stop watching Power & Game of Thrones for two minutes and register to volunteer with Brouhaha International on our Routes to Employment Carnival Arts Education Programme. We need 20 volunteers, aged 18+, with skills or interest in dance, theatre, spoken word and music to come and join us from September till mid December. Liverpool’s Light Night was back once again at Central Library and it proved to be another night of arts & culture. Continuing from our success in the 2016 Schools Engagement Programme Brouhaha International have continued to develop and deliver workshops and performances by international companies within primary and secondary schools across Liverpool. Participants will receive an Arts Award accreditation, as well as learning and development opportunities.
Our activities see children and young people receive a high-quality cultural education experience in and out of school. We have started holding different workshops and activities inside including; dance, music, costume making & participating in this years carnival.
A massive thank you to all schools involved and we are looking forward to seeing all of you at the Liverpool International Carnival.
