How the fuck do people parent sober?

I myself am a Stoner mom and I’ve taken a tolerance break for 3days now and im ready to just stop breathing all together. Everything gets on my nerves when im sober, me, my kids, my fiancé, even the damn dog. How in the hell do u people do this? There has been plenty of times when things have gotten too spicy for the pepper, I’d just lock myself in my room and come back out the best mom/partner ever and ready for all the chaos. I need some solid advice on how to keep my cool even tho on the inside I’m up in literal flames.
