My perfect work environment.

My perfect music industry work environment
My perfect ideal work environment, would be having my own studio to work on productions and to be a touring DJ. I would love to tour the world as a DJ because it would give me the opportunity to be exposed to new cultures and places. I would be able to spread my experiences and my musical taste with others throughout the world. Being a stable touring DJ would be my ideal job.
Having fun is a big key to this music industry. Yes, at first the music industry may provide little to no money at first but I promise you will be happy working with what you love to do. Sooner or later once you have worked in the industry and figured out how to make money the checks will start coming in.
Teamwork is a big part of my career. I work with a collective of DJs and we are always working together and pushing each other to the limit. Whenever one of us get discouraged another one of use is here to push that person. We rely on each other for support. It is a huge factor in our team.
As an artist, I am always trying to grow and envelop myself. I am always trying to meet to people and make contacts. I always try to be around the best to become the best. I take pride in what i do so I am always trying to better myself than the day before. I always ask myself, 'What did I do today to better myself from yesterday?" and if I have no answer its time to get to work.
Being on the road and being a touring DJ things can get stressful and sometimes may get disorganized. I know that being organized is very crucial as a touring DJ. One must always be aware about the next show and arriving on time. Since traveling from city to city or country to country you may run short on time so it is very important to stay organized on the road.
Last but not least, creativity. It is probably the most important thing that keeps me going as an artist. It is what my whole career depends on. You may get stressed on the road so it is always important to have a clear mind because having a cluttered mind may lead to writers block and thats never a good thing. Stay Hungry and stay creative, thats how I stay relevant in this industry.

Branding myself as a Producer & DJ
My name is Bryan Estefani, I’m a DJ & a Producer who's style is the epitome of quality underground Dance music. What makes me different is that I'm willing to do things that no one has tried before. I am the Founder of a collective of Djs called “Noir Gang”. We throw underground Dance parties right here in Wynwood. We have also played at various of nights clubs such as Club Space, Bardot, TSL and Eleven just to name a few.
I’m very passionate about music. Being raised in South Florida where there are many diverse cultures, I've been exposed to it all! Hip-Hop, Reggae, Salsa, you name it I've been around it and I think thats why I have so much love for music and the culture behind it.
My goals are to graduate as an Audio Engineer and have my own studio. Also, To keep throwing successful parties to educate people with the underground culture.
My ultimate goal is to one day be a traveling artist with the rest of Noir Gang and put out productions and be able to have a traveling party around the globe such as ENTER by Richie Hawtin or TiNi & the Gang by TiNi.
