Something that I think gets lost in the shuffle at times like this is the fact that riots often lead to many unintended casualties. Regardless of whether or not you agree with the grand jury's decision, there is no excuse for the sort of shit people are doing to innocent bystanders. This is the same store (and owner) that Brown allegedly robbed shortly before his death, once again looted. I mean, Christ, they've lit a Walgreens on fire, they're looting a fucking Taco Bell, and are rioting against the wishes of the family. History has proven time and again that violence doesn't change the status quo, not for racial issues. You're only hurting your cause by giving the outside observer these sorts of glimpses into the situation up there. That's all I'm going to say on the matter.
