What it's like to be let go from your job but then still have to finish out a month of work while you have to look for other jobs - This weekend I felt okay but being here today has me hella depressed

sometimes i wonder, “do i still look like this?” these were only taken 1, 2, 3 years ago. i can’t tell if i’m different internally or externally. i’ve felt so self conscious about my skin lately and look back at these photos and my skin looked the same. but i didn’t feel self conscious about it then. maybe it has to do with my weight. i don’t know. i want to feel confident in how i look but sometimes i feel lost. i feel the eating disordered thoughts creeping in, telling me i’d look great if i was just thinner. i believe them most of the time. i just suppress them. i don’t want to believe them. i don’t always believe them.

i feel complicated about it.
