List of random little Dottolumi headcanons cause I have so many (some horny):
He loves joking and referencing the idea of them having lots of children, she isnt sure if he is purely joking or being for real but isn't entirely against by the idea.
He is very protective of her health and also very selective about the medical profesionals that he allows to treat her, if its posible he would rather be the only doctor that attends her (and even has a backup plan in case that one day she ends hurt in the hands of another professional's negligence, lets just say that person would mysteriously disapear).
She loves to tease him by kissing her finger tips and pressing them on his lips as an "indirect kiss", this always frustates him and sometimes just makes him pull her up to actually kiss her.
Nicknames he calls her: Lumi, Dear, Darling, Love/My Love, little star, shooting star, starlight, science/research partner, partner, Treasure (cause he is a crow/raven that hoardes her like a shinny object), mouse, Rat/little rat (in reference of lab rats, but also cause he has a wicked sense of beauty and perceives those animals as small and cute as her, also he loves how annoyed she gets when called that), Descender (canon) and wife or wifey (regardless if they're married or not).
Nicknames she calls him: Doctor (regardless of formal contexts, she even keeps calling him that on bed), Doc, Dottie, love/my love, "my ugly bird" (affectionately), Honey, Babe, Baby or Babygirl (he claims to hate those but she can see through that and keeps using it to tease him), husband (regardless if they're married or not) and of course Zandik.
Since the first time he gifted her something and she thanked him with a kiss on the cheek, he started making her gifts more often, often coming home with a bouquet of flowers or some pretty jewerly and a box of chocolates, and then proceeds to lower his head to her level as he expect that token of appreciation, on some lucky days the kiss ends up in his lips.
They're both into roleplaying. Even some nights they like recreating and roleplaying the Dottore's boss fight in their bedroom with weapons magic and all. You can hear them yelling their attacks and see all the flashing lights from the other side of the door, and it would sound like another one of their fights if it wasnt for the moaning, huffing voices and creaking bed.
They also love roleplaying as Doctor and patient on some special nights.
He actually loves going shopping with her, he acts uninterested at first but then he participates a lot in watching her try the clothes and helping her choose the cutest ones, and he has an especially good eye for jewerly and chooses the ones that highlight her eyes and the most beautiful aspects of her face.
Generally a big fan of wasting money on her.
He constantly boopes her nose.
The exact phrase "I love you" had never left his lips, but he demostrates it towards his actions and gifts everyday anyway.
On the days that he is the one thats sick or hurt, Lumine puts on one of his masks and claims to be "The doctor for today" while taking care of him (often but not always leading to some sexy scenarios).
She has made herself her own Dottore-like mask with her own design and colors, just so they could match together.
Surprisingly a very stylish couple, they like showing up to special wearing matching outfits or at very least matching accesories.
He loves telling her random science facts in their dates and she always gasps and goes "nooo way!" (Even when she already knows that, and he can see she is pretending but doesnt bother to call her out as he loves the way she looks at him with so much fascination anyway).
Lumine was never the biggest fan of science, but since he started introducing her to his experiments and investigations she was absolutely mesmerized with the methods, and quickly started gained a very similar fascination for exploring and studying the phenomenoms of the world, wich just made him fall farder for her.
He loves showing her anything that could impress her just to see that spark of fascination and excitement in her bright eyes.
She freaking loves the fur of his usual clothes, when they hug or kiss she tends to stroke that part, and when he is working sometimes she comes from behind and hugs him while burying her face there.
Because of this, Dottore started buying and wearing more clothes with fur just to get her to touch him more.
When it gets late at the laboratory and she is tired, he lets her sleep on his lap while one hand is holding her and the other one keeps working at his desk.
And when he is the one tired from all the work, she has to convice him to take a break and since he wont leave the laboratory she sits on one of the bigger seatings and lets him rest his head on her tighs. "Wake me up in an hour" he always says, but she lets him sleep all what she thinks is necesary for him wich is often much more than that, while stroking his hair.
Lumine is very cuddly and loves physical contact, always searching excuses to hug him, sit on his lap, kiss any part of his body and especially loves hiding her face on the warmth of his neck or chest.
And Dottore thought of himself as someone that didnt love having such close contact... until they started living together. Now, its imposible for him to sleep without tightening her in his arms.
When he wakes up first, he stares for a while at her while he holds her in his arms protectively, even stroking her hair, before getting out of bed (making sure not to disturb her sleep) and goes down to make a healthy breakfast for them two.

Used to watch Horror movies together but Dottore kept complaining about how the gore was anatomically incorrect so now they only watch romance or sitcoms (cause he also whines about the Sci-fi).
Lumine had jokingly doodled a design for a Dottore Segment and presented it to him calling it her "Dottosona", he still has that drawing saved in some archive.
Just like real Crows and ravens repeats what they hear for humans on a funny voice, Dottore sometimes likes repeating her words on a moking tone to annoy her, but it just makes her laugh and she finds it adorable.
Lumine had tried showing up to him on lingerine or very scandalous outfits (especially sexy nurse costumes) to arouse him, but he just ends up looking unamoused. In exchange, when she comes back with properly covered outfits and an actual nurse uniform, THATS when he looks at her as she was the tastiest looking piece of beef ever. Dude just have a very specific fetish for seeing her in apropiate clothes for the workplace.
In exchange she loves seeing him with as little cover and as informal as posible, on their most special nights she always ask him to wear an unbuttoned shirt that allows her to see his whole chest, he isnt a fan of that but of course he will wear whatever for her.
She loves stealing his clothes, especially his lab coats. He always gives them without even asking when he sees her cold, and she wears it proudly and keeps it for herself only to wait for him to give her his next ones. She found the infinite coat glitch.
He gets genuinelly serious cuteness agression from her. Sometimes he really needs to stop what he is doing to walk up to her, cup her face and agressively kiss every centimeter of her head, as if she was a fluffy little animal.
He often compares her to cute fluffy little animals like bunnies, mouses, squirrels, etc.
He uses his simulation technology to create romantic scenarios for them, often normal domestic life scenarios on Sumeru or weddings.
He would propose with a red gem ring so she would always think of his eye(s?) When looking at it, and she would adore it.
She adores kissing the tip of his mask to tease him to take it off and let her kiss his whole face, works most of the time.
She is allowed to take off or on his maks at any moment she want without asking, even get to wear it herself (and he thinks she is the cutest thing ever when she does).

And let just leave it at that because jesus thats a lot of things, I will probably make a part 2 cause I'm so Dottolumi brained rn and keep coming up with scenarios for them.
