Hi, meet my new friend, Julia, from Berlin. She quits her stable, well paid job to travel. This is her first time in Asia. She went to Bangkok first, now in Penang till Sunday. Then she'll (most probably) visit other states in Malaysia including Borneo, then Singapore, Viet Nam and Cambodia. Took her to Padang Kota for late lunch and went to Penang Botanical Garden as she wished to see the greener side of Malaysia and the animals (monkeys & birds). She said German got no big tall trees and animals can only be found in the zoo. 😅😅 Anyway, when we were at the Botanical Garden, we asked a guy to snap our photo. His mother said "mana kenal mat saleh ni? Makcik nak tangkap gambar dgn dia boleh? Nak bawak balik kampung." Comel!
