I'm so embarrassed I ever supported Sebastian Stan.

His inability to see how he participated in the rejuvenation and popularity of viewing a private and intimate tape that was never meant to be seen by the public by STUDYING IT and REENACTING IT... How he makes a post calling for the public to reexamine how they exploit others.. but he can't acknowledge he literally exploited one of Pam's most traumatic moments without her consent... and he fucking tags her?? I truly am boiling over.

He calls us all culprits but I can honestly say I never watched or wanted to watch the tape. I'm constantly wondering if I'm taking advantage of someone and I fuck up constantly but at least I own it when I realize or get called on it. This sorry excuse for a man, however....

And don't get me started on the actual joke of a show. Even if the project wasn't a horrible idea to start with, I truly truly truly don't understand how anyone can call that good acting or storytelling. I'll absolutely give the makeup crew credit - they were obviously phenomenal - but that's it. Maybe Hulu and CAA have finally gone too far cuz people are pissed. Looking at the Sebastian Stan tag and am pretty disturbed by the lack of people talking about how he posted about how Pam and Tommy was about consent when the show itself was made against Pam’s wishes. I know we all love him. He’s amazing.

However, this isn’t okay and he shouldn’t get a pass because he’s talented and hot. The irony of it all should slap you in the face and not make you bend backwards to justify it. That woman has to deal with the worst time in her life being brought out again. That sucks. This sucks.
