POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Accepting creations in the form of art, fanfiction, GIFs, edits, moodboards... whatever you're inspired to make!
Posting begins on 1st October 2026.
Do as many prompts as you are comfortable with. Combining prompts is allowed.
No minimum or maximum word count for fanfiction.
Your work can be posted to any platform you choose, but we would heavily encourage using AO3 where appropriate.
If posting to AO3, remember to add your works to our collection which we will open at the end of September.
We will comment a 🧡 emoji under works posted/cross-posted to Tumblr to let you know it's been added to the queue. Works on Bluesky will be reposted as and when we see them.
Remember to use hashtag #STKinktober26 and tag us on Tumblr and Bluesky!
Late submissions are allowed—we will leave the AO3 collection open until the end of 2026 (or longer... probably longer).

Who can participate in this event?
Anyone 18+. Minors following the accounts will be soft-blocked.
What kind of content can I post?
Anything goes! We're not here to restrict creativity. Interpret the prompts however you see fit.
Please use appropriate ratings and warnings/tags, particularly for commonly triggering content.
AI-generated works are banned and will result in a block.
What ships can I post about?
This is an anti-censorship event, therefore any pairing is allowed, including polyships and genderbent characters. We also allow crossovers from other media, original characters, and 'x reader.'
What if I see something I dislike shared here?
As we are not excluding any kind of ship or content from the event regardless of our personal interests, it means not everything will be everyone's cup of tea.
Curate your space by utilising the block button, blacklisting, tag filtering on AO3, and scrolling past things you don't enjoy. Harassment of event participants will result in a block.

anyone you know write juicy Arthur Spevak fics? I feel like I've gone through every platform possible. There is such little out there. It makes me sad.

I just saw the ST kinktober list of this year and while this wouldn't be ST related, it has some really great potential for Spunkle, but I can totally see him in a ST crossover ship.

"Oh my god, Harrington, for the trillionth time, we've been over this! It's just one inch! One fucking inch! Maybe even half an inch, or two thirds of an inch .. ?! I fucking hate you! Get over here, I'm gonna kick your fucking ass!"
Steve sprints away with a pleased smile on his happy face.
Four in the morning. Johnny's sprawled on his stomach, hogging like three-quarters of the bed, face mashed into a pillow that isn't even his. The comforter's on the floor. Jason's teetering on the edge, pinned under Johnny's leg and arm, forced to stare at the ceiling since he can't turn over. At least he's not cold – Storm's basically a personal space heater. When the guy starts mumbling something, Jason decides he's had enough.
"Johnny."
Nothing.
"Johnny, get the fuck off me."
"Mmm."
"Move over."
"Don't wanna."
"You're fucking heavy. And you talk in your sleep. Right in my damn ear!"
"And what am I saying?"
"Something about grilled cheese and Sue."
Johnny cracks one eye open, squints at him all suspicious, then shuts it and nuzzles into his neck like a puppy, sending shivers everywhere.
"You're lying about the toast."
"No, swear to God. You said, 'the cheese is melting, but I'm not.' Very poetic."
"Shut up and sleep."
"Can't. You're using me wrong."
"Mmm, you got energy for... other uses? Thought we had a no-fly zone tonight."
Jason sighs, tries to free his leg, but Johnny just presses down harder, eyes still shut.
"I'm about to throw your ass on the floor, Johnny Storm."
"You do that, I'll scream and wake the neighbors."
Jason rolls his eyes but stops struggling. Johnny smirks, kisses his neck – all scratchy with stubble.
"You sleep like this on purpose?"
"I'm comfy."
"I'm not."
"Then move me."
"You won't budge."
"'Cause I don't want to. But go ahead, try."
Jason tries – braces himself, goes to roll him onto his side, but Johnny suddenly gives, and they end up face-to-face, way too close. Johnny looks at him through sleepy eyes and grins.
"See? I'm a good boy."
"You're cheating."
"I just want you to stop bitching and cuddle me."
"I'm not bitching."
"Dude, you're always bitching."
"Then break up with me!"
"In your dreams!" Storm snaps. "And anyway, are you five? Why would I dump the future father of my kids?"
"Which one of us is five?" Jason laughs quietly at the dramatic speech.
"Look, I'm dead serious. Before you, I only loved women and space. So you're taking responsibility for me. Or you're gonna hate what Sue does to you..."
"I'm scared shitless of your love and your sister, Johnny Storm," he rolls his eyes, though the smile tugging at his lips won't quit.
"Damn right."
Jason silently hooks an arm around his waist and pulls him in. Johnny buries his face in his chest, breathes out hot and content, and a minute later he's out again. Jason buries his nose in his hair, closes his eyes, and makes a mental note to talk about getting a bigger bed. Tomorrow. Or maybe the day after...
