i'm gonna take a guess at what are you talking about and just gonna add: even more hilarious that one is a main while the other is just a guest star.

that just goes to show that a global streaming series with the HBO brand >>>>>>>>>> netwok tv, even for just a cameo

i think it can be advantageous when you aren’t just doing one role for years over but are branching out to different shows and movies. you never know what will stick.

lou is lucky that his guest star appearance was on such a popular show and it lead to a lot more exposure, BUT! that didn’t come from nowhere, he has done a lot of work to get to this point and hasn’t remained in a singular type of role or character.

it’s not that 911 isn’t a big show with high numbers, but he did things before it, he did things after it, and it’s only helping him in the long run.

but yeah. being on a HBO show with 5x the views and 10+ emmy nominations each season definitely helps.
