I don't think it's wrong to portray these dark subjects in works that are critical of the subjects. However it is very clear from the text and Faggentios "statement" on their don't like don't read, that this is meant in a somewhat sexual context.
With this in mind we look at his NSFW Twitter which goes by the same url
While the specimen boy post could be seen in a nonsexual context as gore is a popular art genre, seeing this fanfiction given can give these images a much darker context.
These next posts, given the previous context of their Wattpad, paint an even more disturbing scene
We can see Dimentio in an almost romantic or sexual pose with a clearly lifeless Mr. L in image one. And in image two, we see Mr. L torn open wearing a collar and thigh highs.
If this isn't evidence enough that he should be run off the platform at least for the interest in FICTIONAL rape and cannibalism, then I don't know what is.

And here's some hilarious context for you that Faggentio left out, while yes Loïs did enact the yandere aspect of the roleplay (which yes, is problematic due to the tropes ties to BPD). Faggentio was the one who pressured him into letting his character commit rape.
