Picross Pond

Hello fans! I miss updating The Bug Pond as much as you miss seeing it, but updates are coming soon! In the meantime, however, have a fun game!

I made a few Bug Pond-themed Picross puzzles (how to play here) for anyone to solve. You can play them through the links Below! There are three puzzles, solve them all!

When you solve them, try to guess which character’s portrait is shown in the pixels. Send me a message (through an ask or any other way) with the names of the characters that appear, and I will send you the colored versions of the completed puzzle!

Also, the first person to complete all three puzzles and send me the names will get a free icon (400x400 pixels max) of their favorite Bug Pond character drawn just for them! Wow! Good luck!!

The Bug Pond status update

Hello followers! Apologies for the unannounced break in updates. If you follow my main blog, you probably know that my seasonal job has started up again, and goes until the end of October. This sadly means I still won’t be able to update very much for a little while longer.

HOWEVER, I wanted to poll you guys, what do you think about me posting some black and white (just inked) comic pages for these couple months? They’ll probably be in short story format, similar to the “Some Friend” 5-page story a while back. Just 1 to 4 pages or so. I also might try to post more bug fact comics since those are quick to do as well. (The main story will still be in color when I start it up again)

So what do you guys think? Would black and white stories or strips be okay for a little while?
