国産のマカロニは1908年(明治41)、当時加茂町の製麺業/石附吉治が横浜の貿易商からマカロニ製造を頼まれたのがきっかけとされ、独自にマカロニ製造機を考案したのがはじまりといわれています。

今朝はボールにタマネギのみじん切り、ニンジンの薄切り、キャベツのざく切り、ハムを入れ、茹でて湯切りした熱々のマカロニをのせ冷まします。フレンチドレッシング、白だし、スイートコーン、ゆで卵と和え、パンにはさみました〰😋
