About this blog
This is a blog for @eggdesign's theme builder, made for users who want to customize a tumblr theme without writing any code.
It is currently in its beta release and new updates and wips will be posted here as they're being developed.
New Update!
Font sizes
Added a font size option for all themes created with the theme builder. There is a minimum and maximum limit to keep text as readable as possible.
NPF post compatibility
All posts should be formatted similarly. Legacy posts will look like NPF posts going forward to keep everything cohesive.
Code reformatting
I was admittedly pretty lazy when it came to the code output and how it was formatted. This is mostly a behind the scenes change, especially if you don't plan on changing any of the code.
If you are using it to edit code, though, for context I edited a bunch of ternary operators that should've just been logical and operators. This made it easier to manage formatting the code. Hopefully things look cleaner now!
Please let me know if there are any issues with themes created after this update, or if you have any suggestions on new features I should focus on next!

More color options! Separate color options for tags, search bar, description/sidebar links, etc!
Additional sidebar(s) as a small update before the fansite layout option I also want to add a more in depth guide to using the theme maker in the near future.
New Update!
As a few people have requested, pinned post labels are visible, and you have 3 different options to choose from.
As mentioned in the last update, you can enable keyboard navigation between posts. Keep in mind this option is only available for themes that are not grids.
A last minute request that I was able to add in is a color palette option for the builder itself.
And lastly, I added the option to put pagination in the sidebar instead of under the posts.

A fansite layout option, which will have more sidebars and optional content to go in them
An all-in-one layout that will include and about and faq/ask section

The newest update is currently live and features these changes: Saved settings
If you accidentally refresh, or just want to come back and change your theme later, you no longer have to start over! Your settings will now save as long as you are using the same browser.

A few inconsistencies with margins and padding have been fixed
A couple of improvements to day/night mode:
If you enable day/night mode, a new color option is added to pick a different accent color for links.
Like and reblog buttons now change colors along with day/night mode
As a little sneak peek, optional keyboard navigation *almost* made it in this update, so that is coming soon 👀

Saving selections within a browser session when refreshing
Search, tag, and day page labels
Additional layout options (fansite, writing blog (text post centric), and all in one themes)

I'm making a little survey for the theme builder! I figured this would be an easy way to make sure there's plenty of opportunity to give suggestions/feedback. None of the questions are required, and it's pretty short.

Just added a day/night mode option to the theme builder! It adds a toggle and also an option to disable background images for night mode.
It won't appear in the preview currently, but is in the theme itself. I also don't have customization options for it yet (as in it has one default look that can't be changed), but I can add them if there is enough interest!
