Being happy, healthy, successful and fulfilled is your job. "The" minds only job is to try to keep you alive and reproduce. That's it. It keeps you fearful of everything. Most people perceive rejection, embarrassment or potential mistakes as life or death in today's world. That's not you. That's "the" mind. You are not "the" mind. Do not negotiate with the mind. We live in America. Greatest country on Earth. 90% of the world lives on $2.50 a day. Our worst nightmare situation is their wildest dream. Life is too short to suffer. Especially when you have choice. If true freedom and happiness were easy, most would have it. Most don't. Especially in this country which has more opportunity than any other. Most of us who are feeling stuck aren't being held back by anything but the shackles of our own fears. Being comfortable for so long makes you weak, and fortune favors the brave. There's no way around it. Everyday that goes by that you choose to willingly be unfulfilled is a day you will never get back and time is something running out for us all. You Blink and 5 years go by. If you're fortunate enough to be in America and you don't take advantage of staking your claim in this world, it's a smack in the face of the literally billions of others who would die, and have died to try to make it here and build a legacy for future generations. No more waiting. There is no perfect time. There is no perfect situation. I'd rather face my deepest fear than be sentenced to disappointment, frustration and mediocrity until I'm in the grave and cursed to think about who "I could've been if only". Take the risk If within the last 15 years an immigrant goat herder from Turkey could come to this country in his early 20's with no formal education, no job training, no friends, no family, no money, no business skills, no computer knowledge and unable to speak English... nothing you would consider an advantage.. and then start a company and become a BILLIONAIRE by his 30's, you're gonna be OK. Trigger - Response If I say, "knock, knock" Even if you don't say it out loud, 9 times out of 10, if you live in a western society you heard in your head "Who's there" in response. That's a trigger response that's stuck in your brain. I'm pretty sure you didn't consciously put it there. It's just something you picked up along the way of life you probably wasn't aware of until I just mentioned it. But, it's in your head. And it controls you. The trigger "knock, knock" controls a response in your brain and you never made the decision to put it there. In a journey through life we get all kind of trigger/responses put in our brain that control what we do, that we didn't decide to put there, that we aren't even aware of. That's crazy right. So what other trigger/responses are controlling your life that you have no clue about?

In basketball if you make five out of ten ten shots, you're on every magazine. In baseball if you hit the ball four out of ten times (which no one actually has), your in the hall of fame. In business and relationships you can swing and miss repeatedly for decades. You only have to be right once. Just once. #BULLETPROOFBELIEF
