Ok, so I have a question about the tesseract in the mcu (so I guess spoiler alert if you have not watched Captain America: the first avenger and/or Captain Marvel).

I’ve only watched the movies mentioned above, so if the answer is in the other movies, just tell me which one and I shall binge through all of the movies in order to get to it. Please do not spoil it if it’s in the movies. But if it isn’t, please answer.

I’ve just started watching them in chronological order which means that I’ve started with Captain America: The First Avenger.

After the Captain crashes into ice, Howard Stark finds the tesseract at the bottom of the ocean and nothing is really mentioned of it. However, in Captain Marvel the tesseract is up in space.

My question is how did it end up in space? I know that the scientist lady (I forgot her name but it’s like Marv- elle and she’s the one who makes the ship where the green dudes are in Captain Marvel) probably has something to do with it.

Or are there just many tesseracts that we learn more about in the future?

I think that a specific tab (like the incognito one) should be made for writers that way my FBI agent will know tha the reason I’m looking up for the best ways to kill/get rid of a body is not because I’m planning on doing it.
