This week I took a few requests for practice and examples...I just realized last night, waking from a stress dream, that I hadn't flipped a single one. Eiiither way I love how they came out and this character is so cute. She is an android/bio hybrid, and she's got the cutest tail and ears.

Obligatory Birthday Post:

So... today is my birthday, again. I'm 35 years old. I haven't achieved nearly as much as I would have liked, but I'm also achieving much more than 17-year-old me though was possible. I was one of those kids that didn't make plans because I never thought I'd make it past 17. But here I am, old, doing art and I have a loving little family. I'm so grateful that I have them and that experience. These last 5 years have been hard...and this last year has been the hardest by far. It feels like the world around us is going up in flames and there doesn't seem to be anyone that can stop it. It's hard to celebrate when everything feels so heavy but if I learned anything from 17-year-old me, you gotta just breathe and keep going. It'll get better, look for the bright spots in the darkness and remember that you're loved. I just wanted to say to anyone else that might have trouble with their birthday (I have my whole life) or just really going through it... it gets better. Find community, find something that makes you happy and cling to it. You've got this...we've got this. ♥

Bunni x Pickles are just a couple of besties trying to live through the apocalypse and watching society crumble all around them.

They spend their days trying to stay informed (even though it makes them miserable most of the time), caring for the little animals in their stead, playing cozy games, creating art and doing anything to lighten the drudgery that is life. They love food, coziness and each other.

They do their best to keep their cute, little heads above water but sometimes the horrors make their way too close to home and these two lean on each other to get through the darkness.

Both characters belong to me, art by me. These are my mascots!

pupdate: he was 3 lbs when we got him, and now he's a whopping 10 lbs! 😲 He's fitting in great, and the big dogs are starting to accept his presence in their home. 😂 He's gotten to touch grass for the first time in his life this week, and it's definitely his favorite thing. He got to experience rain for the first time today, and he loved it! He loves baths, food, naps, and playing. ☺ I'm glad he's fitting into our routine better, and I'm so glad to have his little rambunctious self around. ♡

I got this chaos potato as an early solstice present. ♡ we adopted him from the SPCA, and he's my new best lil bud! I named him Scooby, and he's been taking up every bit of my time the last two weeks, but the training is going well, so hooopefully soon I'll get to make some art. (bonus peet photo because they're so cuuuute!)

An icon I did for a character a while ago. She perpetually cries so it was fun to do her little tears even though she's quite happy. Her name is Boo and she is a fennec fox demon.
