Fast 16 hours or more
Cant eat after 8pm
If i binge eat i puke (unless if my parents are at home)
Workout 5-7 a week
Try to drink more water
Try not to be in the kitchen often
Walk atleast 10k steps (if im at home all day then 3k)

So i started this diet and uhm today i kinda binged like everything was going so well but today i binged im scared idk how many calories i ate but i know it was over 1000 im scared i dont want to go back to my start weight i keep going back and forwart i tried doing some workouts but i know thats not burning all those calories i ate today i dont want to go back to those times where i used to binge all time
