"The mun is currently waiting for her sleeping meds to kick in, so give her something to do!" Velvet's ears wiggled playfully as she toyed with her camera. It seemed she had a day full of photo taking.
Knowing her parents are separated, how would Velvet take learning her mother or father are dating someone else?
The uncomfortable look that Velvet had on her face was telling enough, but she wasn't one to leave things up to assumption; especially since assumptions always turned out to be worse than the actual truth. "I-I'm not the biggest fan, personally..." Her voice was small and the way she pushed her forefingers together gave an impression of awkwardness. "Like... I want my parents to be happy, of course! J-Just... Awkward w-when I have video calls... O-Or when visiting. I-I never know what to call them! L-Like... A-are you my new mother? O-Or are you just dating? Sh-should I call you by your name or by something else...?"
It seemed something like this didn't just happen before, but weighed heavily on the poor faunus' mind. Even her ears were drooped down around her face, making her look completely downtrodden. She continued rambling like this for quite some time afterwards.
