Kinda wanna see Diana stopping a war with the power of trolling. Like two huge armies with rows and rows of tanks and helicopters roll up to each other and pause when they realize Wonder Woman's standing between them. She's just, like, sipping coffee. The attack order is given. A thousand gunshots ring out in unison with a thunderous echo. Nothing happens. All the bullets lay crumpled at Diana's feet. The tanks try next but all their shells are mysteriously intercepted halfway. Diana is still sipping her coffee. This continues for several hours. Diana is chatting on the phone to someone now. Both armies realize that they are completely out of ammunition and they're like "what do we do now? Do we just, like, go home?"
Bad female anatomy is one of my all time favorite kinds of humor. Not the "men don't know what all the holes do" stuff, more like the "men think women are cryptids" kind. Did you know a mature human female can spit estrogen directly from their girl sack to immobilize helpless prey by sapping them of upper body strength? It's how they keep you still long enough to stick their proboscis in and drain all your precious alimony.
So the big brawny monster Eradicators were the Cell Jrs. Got it.
MAWS season 3 was absolute gold. My only real complaint is that Eradicator felt a little undercooked as a final boss. In concept a monster born of all of Lex's fear is super interesting but it needed more time to be really expanded on. It didn't really shine the way Cyborg Superman did as the mid season finale villain.

Girl of Tomorrow
My adventures with Superman show miught be one of my favourite dc things out right now and I'm using it as proof that animation really suits these characters better than live action because of what you can do.
Hell yes to all of the above. MAWS is such a slam dunk on every level and I couldn't be happier. Also animation will always trump live action fight me.
In the subject of Donna Troy, I think she really needs a solo or some sort of flashback story to actually give her “Wonder girl” era a solid place because like lots kd WW characters, she’s not really got a lot of non event focus.
I would so donate my kidneys to get a book about her early days arriving on Themyscira and becoming Wonder Girl. Plus her actually getting in on that sidekick action with Diana.
Discus powered by Hermes’ where it can hit you so fast you go forward in time. Actually cooking
Just hit a villain with it then place a banana peel or something on that spot and wait two minutes for them to reappear. Life hacks.
Donna with a mask that acts as a perfect disguise to anyone looking at it. Reference to her co,plicated origins.
Wait hold on, in the same vein, give her quantum superposition powers that let her exist everywhere and nowhere simultaneously.
I think sword and shield was sort of Donna's thing when she upgraded to Troia, judging from some memories of recent titans stuff. Which I think is... something. Still, it would be nice if she had some mythical weapon trademark of her own.
That shit's so basic. Diana gets a magical truth telling lasso, Donna's weapon should be at least as off the wall as that. Like a discus that sends foes forward in time or something.
If they really wanted to upgrade Yang's arsenal in V7 a Gipsy Danger style impractical yet undeniably rad elbow rocket feature wouldn't go amiss. Putting her on the absolute cutting edge of punching things really hard technology.

butch ruby week day 1: inspiration/role model
I've always liked the idea that the xenomorphs' adaptability is what makes them the perfect organism. It's not necessarily that they can kill anything, it's that they can survive anything. They can canonically function just fine in an atmosphere of pure chlorine or even no atmosphere at all, they can be frozen at the bottom of the ocean for years and emerge completely unscathed, they don't age, no disease exists that can slow them down, as best as we know they can survive off of zero food or water, they're evidently fireproof, they seem to like radiation, one gets dunked in molten lead and still keeps on ticking and despite the facehugger method being what they're most famous for, they can even adapt to reproduce in totally different ways when the situation calls for it. They are the embodiment of the ancient axiom that life uhh finds a way. Much to the grave misfortune of all other life in the universe.
I just watched Alien Romulus for the first time and HELL IN A HANDBASKET THAT LAST 30 MINUTES WAS HORRID
I came for the world building. I want to know more about the synths especially after Pred Badlands had been released, and when I’m finally in the mood to watch and eat some sour candy I GET THE FUCKASS ALIEN BABY SCENES
Yeah uhh... the Predator movies are predominantly action movies with light horror elements. If you're watching the Alien movies however, grotesque horror with lots of sexual/childbirth imagery is the order of the day. People should probably know that before they go in.
