Nanowrimo is upon us and I am stressed and failing but such is life. My Discord is available to anyone who asks for it provided I know who you are / we’ve RPed or talked before. My indie is here. When the summer hits and school is out here in the US, I will have more time to dedicate to groups. Until then, I am at the mercy of my job, but I love Charles. And will still post about him here or elsewhere. Or blog James McAvoy thirst posts because yes please. No idea why I still have a ton of followers, but hey, it’s all good. HIS DARK MATERIALS FANWEEK 2020 day four ▪ favourite scene/moment:

Charles stretched his arms before crawling out of bed. There were papers scattered all about the bed while some had even fallen to the floor. A few were blueprints for new establishments while others were letters or proposals from potential business partners located all over the world. Now that Erik had his island, there was no shortage of rich persons interested in capitalizing on a small island civilization in the making. Erik’s actions had garnered national media attention and as a result, all eyes were on Genosha. It was a great time for outside investments and it had been Charles’ job to help Erik read through the fine print, helping narrow his load down some. Anything that sounded legit, was supposed to be placed in a pile away from the others, but judging by the looks of things, they never did finish the task. Guessed they were more tired than they thought the night before.
“I need to take my meds before the voices get any louder, and we should finish sorting those proposals. Lounging about in bed is not going to make your load any lighter.” He paused, but then his expression becomes more thoughtful. “Although... I suppose you’ve earned the right to sleep in. You rarely sleep these days and the rain is just so soothing. How about you sleep some more and I will work quietly. I think the kids are carving pumpkins all day too so I doubt you will be disturbed any time soon.”
