I have to take frequent leaves from the internet and all its wickedness because despite my efforts I very often experience paranoid ideation and ideas of reference and a propensity to Lose My Marbles and I do NOT want to embarrass myself to that degree or expect people around me to accommodate those issues so I can only bebop in here when I feel like I can carry myself with some decorum. LOL

seeing a new Black character get drawn more often than I typically see one get drawn is really making it obvious how many people will either refuse to draw textured hair at all or refuse to look up reference photos of how hair actually works in certain styles. it's distracting 😭
